The staff at Jordan River Moving and Storage were professionals and much more. They were time efficient with calls, and dates. There were no hidden costs they were right on and were patient in explaining all charges. The customer service was outstanding. I had to leave before they had all my belongings unpacked, I was skeptical and found out there still are good, honest people out there, they went above and beyond to assist me in the delivery. I thank all the staff. 5 stars..

I had a long haul move. It couldn't have been any smoother. The staff is outstanding, details explained completely, no hidden costs, deadline oriented and very honest. I had to leave before the driver had all my belongings unpacked believe me I was skeptical to leave, relieved and pleasantly surprised the delivery person went above and beyond to assist in getting my belongings unpacked. An outstanding experience with Jordan River Moving results with a very strong recommendation from me. Thanks again!

The movers came on time, were courteous and took good care of the furniture. Nothing got broken in the move.

In-laws used them when no one else would take a day job. All the other movers wanted 2 day work but Jordan River came through!

We were connected with JR movers via our real estate agent. Mata and his crew were FANTASTIC. Very VERY nice guys, and they treated all of our stuff with great care. They showed up ON TIME. And they helped us move out of our 3 story town home, and our storage unit. They were never careless with our belongings, and were eager to make sure that everything was placed exactly where it needed to be. Man I can't say enough good things about these guys. I've got them punched into my phone now. I'll be a repeat customer and, I'm going to recommend them to everyone I know that's looking to make a move... The crew that helped us was professional, punctual and careful. What more could you ask for?Keep up the good work Jordan River!

Excellent movers in Kirkland area. They arrived on time and worked very efficiently. The team went out of their way to accommodate a few requests that we had. The time wad quoted accurately, in fact we got the refund few weeks after the move since they were able to complete in less time than originally quoted.

Can't ask for better Servise and the most important any thjng they promise they do . Can't find allot off company like this one . I recommend this company %100 .!

Jordan River is a fair priced moving company with honest, hard-working staff. The were not the cheapest, but in my experience, they were the best. I have used many moving companies to move in/out of high-rises which is a good test of efficiency and they made the mark. They are also willing to bring stuff from Oregon at a cost cheaper than the moving company that has it storage. They really do deserve high marks!

Best movers we've ever used and we've moved a lot. These guys are good! I know they were extremely busy and I practically begged them to move us and I'm glad I did. Their estimate was right on and they were very responsive. From their Ops manager to the receptionist they were helpful, knowledgeable and polite.



From the time Rogelio and his crew showed up @ 8:30 until they waved goodbye @ 11:15 pm they were courteous, careful and very professional. I have never seen movers work that hard or carefully. Every detail was looked after. The packing was more than adequate, no skimping. All of the furniture was carefully wrapped with moving blankets and taped for protection. The truck was loaded efficiently and arrived with everything marked and organized so that the unloading was efficient.



Ours was a double move, one move into a storage unit and the other to our new home. I wasn't sure they could get it done in a day, but Rogelio was confident and made it happen. These guys were running back to the truck at the end of the day to get the job done as soon as possible.

I recently moved from Seattle to Houston and I am Glad I chose JRMoving. I appreciate the professionalism shown by JRMoving and In every step of my move is a breeze. These are the first people to respond my move request, but before I finalize with JR, I have shopped around a month and got quotes from different other movers. among all the professionalism that these guys showed and the quote given are competitive. moreover the transperancy they showed in explaining how move takes place is awesome. they didn't hide anything, and clearly told me that when shipment will start and when it will be arrived. one of the rep from JRMoving visted my home and gave me a quote. (the reason I chose this company, because they do inhouse quote which is more realistic than phone quote) I haven't choose for packing but they helped me in last minute packing of some of my stuff. and loading was seemless. it took a while to start from seattle after loading, but they duely informed me about whats going on with mu stuff. since the final weight is less than what they estimated, they even reduced the move cost by $250 and gave me the final due amount. this is one factor I really liked. when the shipment is about to start from Seattle, they gave me a call and informed me when it will start and when it will arrive. also they gave me a twitter link to track the shipment (by order number) which they keep update almost everyday (except weekends) and the shipment was arrived exactly on the same day they mentioned. also one day before, driver gave me a call about the time of the delivery and he was in constant communication. the skill driver showed driving the vehicle in the apartment premises is awesome. they didn't disturb any of the plants or decorations around curbs. finally when the shipment arrived, driver and another guy turned up and did the complete unloading without any issues or damages. all the stuff was in perfect condition. TV, all my electronics etc etc. everything was good. I highly recommend JRMoving to anyone for their move in the city or intrastate. thanks JR regards ******

I worked with Jordan River Moving and their team that moved my wife and I recently from Seattle, WA to Charleston, SC. The entire process, from my first call to *** through the movers in Seattle, and to the delivery team in Charleston – was beyond my expectations. In preparing for this move, I worked with over two dozen different companies to receive quotes, discuss details, and ask questions. I spoke to everything from the major national carriers, to regional folks in California, mom and pop shops in the Seattle Area, and (way too many) shady characters from a number of other states. While I will say that finding this company was not easy – in fact it was by accident really – I’m glad I did. The packing team in Seattle showed amazing care for my family, my apartment, and our items. They were polite and helpful the entire time. The team in the office in Kirkland was equally supportive, even as I felt my multiple calls were beginning to get old. And finally, the delivery team in Charleston (while not expected as I was unaware it would not be a JR Moving team) was incredibly respectful, courteous, and fast – they, above anyone, deserve a special thank you. Three flights of stairs is tough! Overall – thank you. Nothing arrived damaged – not a single thing! ****** *

The crew we had was awesome! They were very hard working, very professional and courteous, and very careful with our possessions during the move. We experienced no damage at all to any items, and the move was completed much more quickly than we anticipated. We couldn't be happier with the results of our move

I convinced my husband (a true do-it-yourself man) to hire Jordan River Moving to move some of our bigger pieces so we didn't break our backs. They came early (yes, isn't that amazing??), and hauled stuff at break neck speed to the truck. The furniture was wrapped and they were really careful with the walls. We then proceeded to drive to the new house where they put everything away neatly and quickly where I wanted it. (Some of the pieces were really big and had to go upstairs, so they really worked hard!) The only drawback was that their GPS didn't have the new house address right, so they were lost for about 30 min. The detour was unfortunate, but I didn't fault them for it since the house is new, and it only makes sense that it didn't map right on the GPS. All in all, I would definitely hire them again.

When I mentioned to a friend that I was moving and I was done with asking for my friends' help he happily supplied me with the name of his last moving company. He talked Jordan River Moving up so much I didn't bother to shop around. Fair rates, on time and efficient, friendly and pleasant were all used to describe his experience. I called them first thing Monday morning and scheduled my move 6 weeks in advance.



On their confirmation they mentioned they would call the day before the move between 4-6pm. As promised at 4:15pm the day before I received a call giving me my move window (11am-1pm). At 11:15 am the movers arrived. At 12:15 they left. These guys hustled!! Sweat dripping down their faces, they got my stuff moved out/moved in without a scratch! They even threw in some blankets for an item that is crashing in the garage until it finds a new home. I paid the minimum rate ($100 less than what I had budgeted for).



For my next in city move, I'm calling Jordan River Moving.

i have now used Jordan River a few times and always will turn to them. They were so flexible in adjusting my move dates. Sheena was fabulous to work with. The guys on the day of the move were very efficient. i had to make them take a break to eat lunch as they wanted to keep working. I would suggest them to anyone who needs a local move for sure. My sis in law has used as well.

Used them recently for a short local move, and everything went well. Setting up the move was easy, I requested morning, but you don't get an actual time slot until the day before. I understanding scheduling can be a bit tricky, but I really do wish could come up with a more definitive timeslot before that. The movers themselves were professional and quick. They wrapped all the furniture and nothing get damaged or dinged in the move. I did find some empty tape rolls in the old house, but otherwise, no issues there. Pricing was reasonable overall, with the hard work the movers put in I think they ended up coming a bit under the time estimates as well. I'll certainly look at Jordan River for any future moves.

They were friendly and went above and beyond what they needed to do to help me.
