Two Men And A Truck

Awful experience with this company. Here is the blow-by-blow:



-They quoted me at 7 hours with 3 men, it ended up taking 12+ hours.

-They sent a mover who would carry in 1 small item at a time and ask me where literally every item went despite the fact that I labeled everything.

-They also improperly loaded the truck so they moved all of my possessions into the street and sidewalk surrounding the van, and then had to repack the truck. Of course paying hourly for their services, I was charged for the time it took for them to unpack and repack the van.

-They broke 2 items totaling roughly $400 to purchase new, and I had to fight to get $150 out of them.

-When trying to get refunded for the time it took to unpack and repack the van, and for them sending a freakishly slow/weak person to move everything I own, they strung me along for well over a month and a half, didn't return phone calls, and could only offer me 2 hours off of my final bill.



Never again, Two Men. Never again!
