These guys are awesome. They helped me move my furniture down a big flight of stairs and and then up an even bigger flight of stairs. Everything went smoothly and the movers were super positive and professional, really a joy to work with. They sent out a mover the week before to scope the place and provide a quote. The end cost was exactly as quoted. No complaints. I'll definitely be using Jordan River Moving again next time I have a move.

Very punctual and friendly. Jordan River Moving crew did a great job. We used the unloading service with two employees for two hours. The rate was affordable and their service was fantastic. Very pleased with using this company. Highly recommended!

We used Jordan River Moving to unpack our shipping containers from a cross country move. They did a fantastic job, unpacking all 5 containers in record time. They also helped me assemble and arrange my furniture. The movers had a great attitude and made what could have been a stressful few hours a breeze. I would recommend booking them for all of your moving needs.

Jordan River Moving crew arrived at my house on time , they did a very good job caring for my belongings , the took the time to wrap and pad all my furniture ! They even made sure my walls are carpet were protected . The crew was very friendly and efficient threw out the whole move. We had a rather large job and they made the moving experience go the best it could , we will be referring them to everyone we know!

Jordan river moving company was contracted by a moving company that I hired. They had left one of my boxes on the truck and confirmed that the box was on the truck and would be redelivered next day. My moving company and myself reached out multiple times and mysteriously my box went missing and no one had answers. During my move, I ended up with someone else's furniture legs. No one is willing to help find my items and are unhelpful. They also on delivery tried to charge me $425 claiming that they didn't have my proper paperwork. Luckily I had the paperwork or I would of be charged. Proceed with caution when using them. It's a scam and the drivers they hire are thieves.

I've used Jordan River for several moves and storage in the last few years. In particular, I worked with Sheena Silva. Sheena was always readily available to offer assistance and was very helpful when my moving dates needed adjustments.
The movers were very courteous and went out of their way to accommodate s\t's notice.

Also, it was very assuring that my costs did not change upward - if anything, they adjusted downward. With all the stories out there about moving companies being so dishonest, it has been great knowing they have always been a stand-up company for me to use.

The best movers in US. I would give them a 10 star if one such exists. The pick up staff were very courteous, friendly and professional. They know their work really well: they were on time, packed the items really well taking care of the delicate items, keeping track of every item and loaded the items very carefully and diligently. The drop off staff was very professional and skilled: The driver managed to maneuver the big trailer inside the community, each packed box was unwrapped very carefully and diligently, not even a single scratch to any item whatsoever in the entire inventory: a perfect score of 10/10. My experience with them have been super awesome and I would definitely recommend them and use their service next time when I move again. BTW I moved interstate. Cheers !!

This is our first time using Jordan Movers. Called five local and national moving companies for quotes. Some seemed rude and cocky. Jordan River had the best customer service orientation and price. They won our business. The crew showed up when they said they would. They spent the time to carefully wrap everything, small and large.

Timely and very efficient! They did a terrific job and we were just as happy as we were the first time we used them 10 years ago. Would highly recommend their services!

As a realtor for 30 years, I've seen movers pack and move and was quite upset how they handled my clients possessions. Jordan River Moving & Storage are the best I've ever seen. They were right on time today with my clients goods up from Arizona to Oregon. They were kind, conscientious, thoughtful but mostly careful with everything, AND they were very nice. They unhurriedly placed the items where they belonged, many things were carefully wrapped in blankets and carefully put in place. They had all items and boxes numbered so that when they unloaded each item; it was checked off by the homeowner. Everything was accounted for. Good system! AND they hired a local guy to help unpack. Excellent coordination. Nice Job JR !

This is my 15th move and by far the best. It was the FIRST time movers showed up when they said they would. They parked the truck, opened the doors, and did not stop moving until my apartment was empty and the truck loaded. They move quickly, but carefully, wrapped all our wooden furniture, put blankets down on the floor, and asked when there was a question about an item. On the other end, they were just as efficient and careful with our items. JR was the third company I called. The first two were highly rated on Yelp, but seemed like hacks when I spoke with them. One guy wanted to shove my boxes through an upper floor window, told us that anything that didn't fit on the truck we'd have to move ourselves, and gave us an estimate $300 higher (I'm not kidding). When I called JR, the front office staff was professional and courteous, they emailed me an estimate with all the details we discussed, gave us a choice in moving dates, and called the day before to confirm. I liked that Jordan River had a set amount for travel time, they sent three guys (when other companies were only going to send two), and bill in 15 minute increments rather than 1/2 hour.

This is my third move with Jordan River - and each has been excellent. The movers were timely, very courteous and very flexible with listening to us dictate what needed to go where, etc. We had enough stuff this time that it ultimately required a second truck, but they were able to overcome this speedbump without having to make any adjustments to to the pickup or delivery schedule. Perfect! Very, very worth the money for the convenience of having a move safely and quickly done. Highly recommended...

I have moved 5 times in the last 10 years and have no complaints here. From the time I call to schedule my move until the move was done went nothing but smooth. The movers were extremely careful and very friendly! I highly recommend Jordan River moving!

Not only did they come through for us in an emergent situation, but the whole thing ended up costing us almost $300 less than the estimate. I was not expecting that from a moving company, but they really shined. Lona even called me the next day to make sure everything went smoothly. Their service was a noticeably bright spot in an otherwise dark situation. In our books, Jordan River definitely saved the day!

Jordan River Moving just completed a move for me from Gig Harbor, WA to Santa Barbara, CA. When the fellows came to pack, they did a magnificent job of wrapping absolutely everything and were very careful with my possessions. When they arrived in Santa Barbara, the fellows again were so very careful and considerate to put everything just where we wanted it. Nothing was lost or damaged and everyone with whom I've had contact is very courteous and professional. I have given them the highest rating as I don't know of a single thing they could have done better. The move took only 1 week (exactly) from first wrap to last unwrap. Way to go Jordan River! If I ever move again (I hope not!), you can bet I will use your services.

I moved long distance with Jordan River Moving to Phoenix, AZ and it was a wonderful experience. They were prompt on my moving needs, customer service, sales and dispatch. My items arrived in great condition and the move out was just as great as the move in. Of course I am back in WA again and my things are still in AZ, so I will be using Jordan River Moving to move my things back up here. Super Wonderful Job Well Done! The young fellas showed up RIGHT ON TIME! They had great attitudes, worked very hard, and were very respectful of us and our property. This was the first move we have hired help for and Jordan River was worth every cent. It should also be known that the fellow in charge actually had a wonderful eye how things fit in a room. He actually placed items that we hadn't considered how they would sit, they are in the same place he left them. Thanks so much for taking care of us Jordan River.

Jordan River was recommended by my management company and their prices seemed good, so we gave them a shot. I was away at a work conference on the day of my move, so my wife had to deal with the movers on her own. I was so worried about not being there, but was so, so happy to hear from my wife that the move went completely smoothly. She found the movers to be hard working and professional. We have some expensive furntiture and were so thrilled that nothing got damaged. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better moving company.

I have moved a lot in my life and I'm no newbie when it comes to movers. But I have seldom experienced such quality, professionalism or courtesy and good service as I did with Jordan River Moving and Storage. They have a great no-nonsense approach that just makes things move along quickly and smoothly. I also felt their price was very reasonable for my cross country move. I don't know if I will ever be in their neighborhood again but if I were, I'd use them without even getting an estimate from anyone else.
