Jordan River Moving & Storage

Excellent job by entire Jordan river crew! We moved cross country from Seattle to Austin and none of our stuff was broken! 100+ boxes and furniture. Pretty quick and efficient job at both pickup and delivery location. Very prompt service. Will highly recommend them!

I had a really great move. I needed someone to move us in a short amount of time. I called and got an in home estimate. I scheduled the move. On moving day, the movers showed up within the time frame. I had to go and get them as they could not find the apartment unit. I was quoted for a 9 hour day, but my husband and I ended up disassembling bed and furniture, wrapped up everything, and had it staged for them. It took them about 1.5 hours to clear our apartment and 1.5 hours to delivery everything. We had to take the ferry and that lined up perfectly. This was probable one of their easiest moves. As of now, I would schedule them for another local move if needed.

Used Many times and Always Great .

When all was said and done, our move took 5 hours, which was less than what we had expected and also less than what they had estimated up front.

Your three moving professionals were easy to get along with, took extra care to protect all of our furniture and worked very efficiently. Even though the move required more hours than estimated, it wasn't because the movers didn't make every minute count.

After a week and still no issues (total damages amounts to one broken plate which I'll attribute to my own packing) I feel very confident in giving JR Moving my highest recommendation.

Fabulous. Fair estimate, crew arrived on time, totally professional wrapping and blanketing, loading. Very helpful at our destination with placement. Not a scratch on anything! We were so impressed with the crew, we brought lunch in for them, then happily gave each of the 3 a generous tip. Then, called JR headquarters to compliment them personally. I highly recommend Jordan River!

can't recommend Jordan River highly enough. They moved me from a 2 bedroom apartment to a luxury building 60 blocks away in less than three hours! We had about 30 boxes and a bunch of furniture. They showed up on time, packed away everything safely and at lightning speed. They even packed various unique or breakable items that we'd been afraid to pack ourselves, and got it all to the new place without a scratch on anything -- all without breaking a sweat and much MUCH cheaper than the competition! Scheduling the move and getting boxes delivered ahead of time was a breeze. Everyone I talked with was extremely professional, courteous, and outrageously efficient. I will never use another mover!

Three times, I have moved with this company within Seattle. They are prompt and professional. Office team is efficient and field movers are fast & careful. When they handle my 6 foot piano with care, I notice! I also like noticed that they work fast and do not take leisurely breaks. Getting the job done fast, was my experience. Highly recommend.

BEST Movers .

I only had a small number of items to move from my Dad's house to my own. The workers were very quick & careful. They were courteous & made sure at the end location was just where I needed it. In addition, since this was a small move, they were able to accomplish everything within one hour!

I used JR for a LOCAL move- Bellevue to Bellevue. They were great- showed up on time, worked really hard, wrapped all my furniture, charged me a reasonable price for reasonable hours. Nothing is broken, really great move!

Moved from WA to CT and was recommended by a family friend. Pick in WA went very smooth came when my appointment was scheduled and they carefully and quickly packed up my belongings. My delivery was a few days late than what the office told me but it made it a Sunday instead of a week day so that was nice. All of my belongings came the same as they were packed as which I am very pleased. Only gave 4 stars and not 5 because they had to use a shuttle to reach my building for delivery and when they charge $250 and show up in a $19 a day rental from uhaul it seems very steep. Will use again though, still beat every competitor even with the shuttle charge.
