I tried to rent an apartment from them called the Mark Twain Apartments off of 6th ave. in Tacoma, I had put money down and the apartment was never ready when they said it would be ready, when I would call them it would take them forever to call me back and I was told by them not to call they would call me. it had taken them over a month for them to have the apartment ready, and when I expressed my concerns with this and asked for my money back I was brushed off, and I am now being told they will keep my money if I ever decide to rent with them. Please don't rent from any of there apartments they have poor management and customer service skill they do not care about there renter or future renters all they care about is the money, I am having to file with small claims and report them to the Attorney General's office in order to get our money back mean while my family and I are still homeless. I am only giving them a star because I have to to submit this other wise I would have given them a negative ten stars!
