This place is horrible. Look at their Better Business Beaureu reviews. All of the issues they've had have been unresolved. The Washington tenants union also reccomends you don't live here. They have a great pet policy and that's about it. Don't even get me started on the office personnel especially the blonde chick that works at the desk on the left in the first office to the right. She's incompetent, rude, and I think she might actually be stupid. She won't answer your questions and she will tell you that they never received your mail, which is by the way illegal. Maintenance doens t know how to fix anything and guess what your vehicle will get broken into because of poor lighting and they stopped paying to have a security guard. But they will spend money to landscape and paint all of the buildings which really isn't even needed. Why do I care about having rocks and a waterfall? I don't. Your safety isn't priority them making a quick buck is. You will see replies from the owner but they won't actually fix anything, the owner is just as incompetent as the staff they employ. By the way most of the positive reviews you'll see is bybthenstaff trying to make it look like its all rainbows and unicorns. You can't turn shit into sugar.

Easily the worst apartment complex I have ever lived at. I lived in the Z section, and it was completely terrible. Parking is extremely limited for the amount of tenants, I have numerous dents in my car from only 6 months living here now. They say they have pet rules and maintain the grounds, but their attempts are laughable at best. You can't walk in the grass, not even up by the kids playground. When me, my wife and 2 small children moved here were very excited by the playground and pool. The playground now has no slide, is in horrible repair with splintered wood coming off everywhere. The pool and "cabana" are closed due to 'staffing' issues 2 days of the week now. It's odd, considering they have 4 staff in the main office all day most days. With that closed we lose access to the modest workout facility, with old equipment and no water fountains, and its racquetball court that has a hole in the wall, but also the pool....which we were assured would be open for the summer unless it needed maintenance.



Noise is a huge issue, with dogs barking throughout the complex all night, loud music from cars after 9PM, people run appliances all night even though there is a rule against it, nothing is ever done about that. Parties on the weekends are generally loud, sirens will sing beautiful songs every weekend day for you as well as police or paramedics visit.



Their PM security is also non existent. Lighting is terrible, dim and tree branches block light on pathways.



When we moved in they made a 3 page list of things wrong with the apartment. 3 weeks in they had done 2 of the things, although it took them a week to get us a bath that worked. And no, we were not prorated or refunded for that at all, despite asking. The maintenance people generally don't fix issues the first time around, it is generally the second or third visit before anything is done.



As for customer service. It's non existent. I manage a restaurant and have seen better customer service from brand new employee's fresh out of high school. They simply do not care about the tenants.



TLDR: Noisy, the WORST customer service, poor parking, terrible maintenance times. If I could break my lease early without the heavy fees, I would in a heartbeat and move anywhere BUT here. Seriously, I would live in a gutter, the bums are probably more friendly and helpful then the staff here.

This apartment complex is notorious for loosing paperwork, notices, etc. They will put an eviction notice on your door when you paid rent and they just misplaced it. My husband got deployed and I moved Oct. 4th and they charged us for the entire month , they charged insufficient notice fee when we gave them the copy of his orders in August and a copy of a letter of intent to vacate, and again in early September. The one thing they got going for them is they accept large dogs. Though their 4 acre dog park is maybe an acre that is flat and the rest is steep hills covered in long weeds and blackberry bushes. They sent us to collections without ever trying to notify us, and I had tried to no avail to get a hold of them for 2 months about our deposit (which they didn't even bother using that towards the $2500 of charges they said we owed. The carpet is cheap carpet so no matter what they have to replace it and that apparently costs $1000. And they automatically charge you to clean the blinds, the apartment and they charge to paint (even when nothing was on the walls). Those charges will add up to $300. They also have a no Pit Bull clause and many of the dogs in the apartment complex are Pit Bulls and nothing is done when one attacks multiple dogs. So I do not recommend living here...

Don't move here. Prepare to be screwed. The managment is horrible. The maintenance is never around to help you out.. The price may be right but, in the end you will be paying more when you go to move out. Just don't move in.
