A List Alterations

I don't want to give any stars for this business. Please, please stay away from this business. Yes, if you don't speak Spanish, good luck, big barrier. The business hours are lies!!! The owner only works when she feels like it and is the only worker there. I was recommended this place from my cousin who took her wedding dress to get altered so I took mine. I dropped it off beginning of January. My wedding was at the end of February. Went multiple times and the dress was never worked on. I would go and it would be in the same condition from my last visit! Unbelieveable!!! You would ask her point blank, is it ready and she would lie and say yes, then give you an excuse as to why it wasn't ready when you got there...if she showed up. I had many cancellations on scheduled visits with her too! I didn't get my dress until 3pm the day before my wedding and she would never answer her phone...I literally cried and begged her when she finally returned my call to give me my dress. She also had my mother's dress and my maid of honor's dress. It was the most stressful situation I have ever been in. I was already trying to figure out what I was going to wear for my wedding because I really believed she was not going to give me my dress. It was horrible. Once I did get my dress it had stains, so we had to wait for her to clean them and it still had a hole in it! If I hadn't tried it on there I would have had a big hole on the side of my dress for my wedding! It was truly unbelievable!!! She is the most unreliable business person I have ever met. STAY AWAY!!!!

Beware ... if you do not speak spanish you will be best served by taking your clothing elsewhere, as there is a language barrier at A List Alterations, leaving open a huge opportunity for MIS-communications!!! Since you pay when you leave your clothing, before the alterations are made, then they can do anything with it and it's your tough luck if you are not satisfied with whatever work they do. Even though this place of business has posted business hours, they may or **may not** be open during those hours, which can create a problem when trying to pick up your clothing. Store hours are erratic. Best to just stay away if you are not fluent in Spanish!

If you have a favorite oufit and you lose some inches, you might want to get the perfect tayloring to fit your dress on you as you want.this is the best place to go and is fast service.
