Tramor at Autumn Park

Not Happy here at all. I get that people are busy..but when you have a job to do, do it.
These people do NOT do their jobs at all. Half the time, they're not even in their office and when they are there, they never answer phone calls, never respond to messages, and never fix anything in a timely manner.
They are very understaffed, which needs to be addressed. Waiting 2 weeks for someone to fix the A/C, locks, and your broken toilet seat (no joke), is NOT okay. They need to hire maintenance guys to do their jobs.
The quality of the apartments are not good either. Rent is cheaper than most places in the Austin area, but still not worth it. Because you're living in such a low-class, old, run-down apartment complex, it definitely isn't worth anything over 700 per month. We are paying almost 900...and we have nothing but issues. Mold, Roaches, Smell of Pot any time we walk outside at night, trash everywhere, broken appliances, ect.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL.
When I first moved in there were tons of broken appliances, roaches, and other screwed up stuff. It took multiple work orders, phone calls, voicemail's, emails, ect. to get them to do anything at all. Meghan is the apt manager and is very rude and unhelpful. She doesn't seem to like her job and she seems to get irritated when we call for a work order.
The drive way is really messed up with pot holes that people mess up their cars all the time. Laundry facility sucks and machines hardly work. There are no washing machine hook ups either, which is very inconvenient.
This place is very ghetto and it's not something I would recommend to anyone.

Horrible apartment buildings, management, maintenance, and everything else in between!
When we first moved in there were so many things messed up! ROACHES, Broken garbage disposal, leaky faucets, broken dishwasher filled w/standing water and tons of bugs, lights out, horrible paint jobs, broken closet door that broke my toe when it fell on me in the middle of the night, ect. All of these things had work orders placed about them, but it still took them over a week to get them fixed.
Everything that maintenance does is shabby and not a long term fixed. When he fixes things, they stay fixed for about 3 days then you'll have to call again to get them fixed...but then that makes all the management and maintenance mad...? I guess they don't like doing their jobs.
Meghan is the head manager and she is horrible. Very rude and unprofessional. None of the management answers the phones or ever responds to emails/voicemails. They are all very rude and do NOTHING.

I know most reviews on here are from a couple years ago, so I want to put in my 2 cents updated. The only reason I didn't label this 5 stars is because the walls are abnormally thin. I can hear my neighbors fighting all the time and I always know what they're fighting about and what they're saying. But these apartments are like 40 years old, so that's just a structure problem. The manager, Jamie, is always so pleasant and I love talking with her. She generally gets things done. There are a couple times I have to ask more than once, but she's so busy I don't hold it against her. This isn't her only property that she works on, so I can't imagine trying to remember everything for every complaint. The maintenance gets a 3 star, tho. The maintenance team could use an upgrade. There is only one person I trust to take his job with pride and is always pleasant. They leave you bills on your door every month so you know exactly what is due and what you're paying for. You don't just pay rent (like anywhere else you rent from), but they spray for bugs here, and you pay a monthly fee for that, which I don't mind as I've never had a roach problem (unlike downtown Austin, where I came from). They use a card system for their laundry machines, no quarters, which I love. The only thing is you have to reload the cards while someone is in the office, & that can be annoying at times, but I much prefer it over quarters any day. My boyfriend and I are both college students and we live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath and we can easily afford rent and utilities each month on our budget. I've been here almost a year and my neighbors and other people I have met here are great. I will be signing another year lease when it's up. I'd recommend this place. I've lived in 2 other places before this one in this area and they were both terrible. This one has been my favorite so dar.

The staff does very little to make the apartments ready for the next tenant. Trash is always laying on the ground, public drinking the the parking lot, unsafe enviroment. Management doesn't care about safety issues.

This apartment is dirty and ghetto looking establishment. The manager have no management skills and are rude and abnoxious.
