Summerset Apartments

This place does illegal surveillance on its residents. When asked the management we were then promptly asked to leave the property without cause. They stated that "cops" do random surveillance on its residence. Im no convicted felon so that wasn't a good answer. This place is also infested with rats. No lie rats the size of a cats. I wish no presence on this property to anyone who would decide on living here.

This apartment is hell.They show you this great looking model home that has a nice lights and "lamps on" and good appliances wood floors.They said the two bedroom apt was not ready to look at and i waited even longer to get the wood floors.So i moved in and opened to the door and there was no wood floors,No lights in the rooms and no fans.Appliances are old not new Chandler from the 80s my other in law said i had that in the 80slol.Then the water and gas bills are suppose to be divided equal but they are not and they are more that what i have ever paid for water and gas my mom pays what i pay and she has a house.The staff does not care about what you have to say and the girl Amy up there is not help.These are the worst apartments i have ever live in.I hope you choose a different apartment.And when i did talk to Amy fromm the office about my appt when i moved in she said well i dont know what to tell you we dont have any other ones.
