Techs In A Sec

We had Techs in a Sec out about 2 weeks ago. The man on the phone was wonderful and we had a tech out the very next morning. He was great and he got everything fixed in no time! Then this past Monday morning, another computer had some issues, so I called Techs in a Sec again. The same tech came out later that same day! I will never use anyone else! If you need your computer fixed, CALL THEM!!! TECHS IN A SEC ROCKS!!!!

I haven't even used this company yet but just calling I got a really helpful man on the phone. He explained what could be needed minimally and what could be the maximum based on what I told him was wrong with the stupid computer. I will most likely use this company based on his honesty rather than the others I've already contacted for pricing.

Called Techs in a sec for virus issues in my company and they showed up very quickly and was able to repair the problem within less than 2 hours. I had a positive experience with this company. When i called I was quickly connected to a live person who asked me about the problems I was having. The person spoke clearly unlike some of the other companies I've called before. They took the time to fully understand what was wrong and what they could do to fix it. I was sent a very pleasant fellow named Jason who really knew his stuff. Overall I was extremely happy as they fixed the problems I was having with the computer and I wasnt stressed out in the process. It was pleasant and painless.

The service was prompt and efficient. The tech knew what he was doing. But, they charged 2 hours of labor for only one hour. I called to correct and they will correct it by crediting the credit card. It pays question a bill.

I am very pleased with the service I received. I somehow infected my computer with some fake spyware software that kept asking me to register it. It was only after speaking to a tech that I learned it was a virus and not a real protection program. They were able to clean my system of the problem and now everything works great, even faster than before I got the problem.

I called and was impressed by their representive trying to give me some advice before I even decided to setup an appointment. They spoke clearly and professionally when I called unlike many other companies out there and that is why I chose them. They did everything quickly and professionally.

Very satisfied customer. My wife called them to have someone come to our home to remove spyware from our computer. We were prepared to pay to have someone come out and they said they would send someone but recommend we have it fixed by remote which was cheaper and could be done right away. My company received a fake UPS virus email that 3 of my employees clicked on and screwed up 3 of our computers. Techs in a sec sent Timothy who was quickly to determine what happened. He was actually able to work on multiple computes at the same time so it did not cost as much as I was afraid of. I appreciated the efficient service as most would have probably just fixed one at a time and charged us an arm and a leg.

I consider myself to be a computer idiot so obviously I needed help to setup my pc after moving to a new house. Their representative was very patient and helpful. he installed my computer and was able to show me how to use my programs correctly.

Our company called them because our server was having problems and getting a blue screen and turning off. They were here within a few hours and were able to quickly determine the problem. We were back in business in no time. Excellent People.

We were able to get someone out to us the same day. Problem was fixed in no time and we were working again. I really appreciate the fast turn around. We will use their service again and again.

It was refreshing to talk to someone who listened to my problems even when I didnt know how to describe it at first. They were patient during the whole process. I called one night and a phone rep helped me understand what needed to be done to fix my computer of its slowness and pop ups. He said he could send someone out first thing in the morning if i like but recommended a remote session as it would save me money and it could be done within the next 30 minutes. I said sure. They fixed it!. This things has been slow for 6 months and driving me crazy and they made me happy in less than an hour. I was impressed.

Techs in a sec was good and did the job that I wanted, when I wanted and how I wanted. Thats the way a service company should be. Take care of the customer. I called them from a reccomendation from a collegue of mine who used them and was also happy. I now have them come in about once a month to maintain our PCs.

I wanted to say that these guys were a pleasure to work with. They arrived on time were able to create a wireless network throughout my 3 story home. I had 2 other techs here before and they couldnt get it to work. These guys did it right on the first visit. Now I can use my laptop in any room in the house.

I was tired of the geeks so I decided to call these guys. From start to finish they were very polite and professional and did what they promised. They were able to create a network throughout my entire house which is 3 floors. Ive had techs say they could do it but could never get the signal throughout the house. With a littles creativity they were able to get the whole thing working properly. 10 start guys and thanks. I'm not sure what these other reviews are complaining about...These guys rock and for the great rates they charge I am not surprised that their competitors are writing false bad reviews.

After having a bad experience with Geek Squad I was hesitant to call in another tech. I called them and they seemed nice and cared about my problem so I decided to give them a try. They were great from start to finish. The tech knew what he was doing and made me comfortable that it would be fixed. It turned out it was simply my power supply in the cpu that went bad. He replaced it and now my computer works great. I will use them in the future.
