Falcon View Apartments

I have lived in Falcon View for 7 years, this is curently NOT the same complex I moved into in 7 years ago. The condition of the outer property in itself is DEPLORABLE! But 1 1/2 years ago this complex was sparkling, homey, child, pet neighbor and family friendly. But if your looking for a new HOOD that is growing mold no one will come treat or floors that are caving in, walls cracked, etc, etc...then this place right now is FOR YOU!.. hood is an understatement! EVERYTHING is eroded, rotted falling apart, if it doesn't leak on the inside or under every faucet it is leaking for the roof or overflowing from the sink. The management NOW.... Can you say 'SLIM SHADY'! literally! It's a human litter box dumping ground now. Not a safe environment for family ANYMORE! NO real security and yes there are 170 units, BUT GOOD luck remotely trying to get the manager to get anything fixed, the maintenance guy bless his heart is GREAT... But he only has 2 hands for Christ sake. OH and be prepare to view favoritism... If you are not on the mangers nice side, then your rent doesn't increase and EVERYTHING gets fixed ASAP, but if your not on the managers nice side... you ARE DOOMED! And PLEASE if your late just once they put an orange neon paper on your door to let everyone know you are late! Even if you make arrangement's with the office, they send you to collects and to the attorney for eviction after being 1 day late! The web site photos of this place are over 5 years old taken back when there was decent managers running this place, DO NOT BE FOOLED AND DECEIVED, Falcon View is the NEW JACK CITY version in Madison! LOOK HERE ARE OTHER REVIEWS...
