The property mgr Kristy is very rude and disrespectful. They steal your money. I had to give a deposit before I was even able to see the apartment then was told I couldn't get my money back. When I finally got to see the apartment and was disappointed with what I saw. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to any

Sink leaking no heat tub peeling spiders n breaker out dated

moved into a renovated apartment back in Aug,2013. Since then I have had flickering lights that were supposed to be repaired, a lady beetle infestation, My newly reglazed tub has peeled( I have to go somewhere for 24 hours for them to fix that), my toilet was leaking. There is no insulation under the tub so the bathroom is constantly freezing, I have no hot water in my tub.. if you push the handle over and hold it , you can get hot water. And now the wiring problem that was supposed to be fixed has me up in the middle of the night with no major appliances and no heat!!! The surge allows the stove to come on but it will not heat up, nor will the dryer, the water heater, or the heat period. This apartment was a big disappointment. I pay 725.00 a month and I think my money can get me better than this. As soon as I get a chance I am moving. p.s. I called the emergency number an hour ago... no response.

For almost $800.00 a month you can find MUCH better housing. Cheap `hardwood` laminate a.k.a sticker sheets of flooring. We were told our apartment would have brand new carpet. FALSE, "I guess they just didn't get to it.." was the reply I received when I asked. SPIDER infested!! A few roaches (on the day we moved in) and then slugs... lots of slugs coming in through cabinets somehow?? That's a new one for me. If we hadn't literally relocated from out of state, we would not have stayed. I suppose the management tried "their" best to accommodate, but their best was poor. It's all about the bottom line.



As for the neighboring complexes.. many children, rude and unsupervised children would constantly be on our patio or running throughout the stairwells. We were on a bottom floor and though our neighbors above were friendly, anytime they were up, we were up. The floors creak SO bad. We could handle hearing them walk around, but with EVERY step the floor would just squeal. TERRIBLE.



Trash & water is included in rent, they make you pay $150.00 to put up a dish... so don't have an open contract with a satelitte company. Pet deposit of 150.00 per pet.



Kitchen cabinets are a joke. Every time a tenant leaves it is as if they throw a coat or two of kilz oil base paint over everything. It adds that much more cheapness to the place. There's paint on the carpet, on the flooring.



Oh! We were also told the countertops were just resurfaced. Throwing a coat of cheap sandy paint over them is NOT resurfacing them. They were chipped upon arrival btw.



They also have a pool that closes at dark, but it was always locked at least an hour before it was actually dark.



If you really are at the end of your rope, move here... otherwise please try somewhere else.
