Horrible place to live Mary the apt manager is incompetent.Mantiance is none existent.I lived there for 2yrs the Pool was never open.Drug trafficking at all hrs of the day and night. I woul live in the Porjects befor I would live there again

You can never get anything done. Mary do what she wants to do everytime i call to get anything fixed it is because they have so many emergencies i would not recommend this property they will not even give you coperate number cause she do not want to look even bad but hell she already is they need to bring in somebody and more matience workers that can get things done other than her children and people that she knows.

This was the worst apartment renting experience I've ever had. I put a deposit down for a one bedroom apartment 2 months ago, and was supposed to move on Monday. However, on the previous friday I called to get more details about how much the first month rent check needed to be. It wasn't until then Mary let me know that the monday move in date wouldnt be possible, but assured me Tuesday I would be able to move in. Tuesday morning comes and I call to make sure I'd be able to move in...I was then notified I definitely WOULD NOT be moving in on tuesday, but maybe the coming Saturday I could move in. My move out date at my current complex was the day before. I can't for any reason fathom how a manager of an apartment complex can be this incompetent. Several times Mary told me she would call me back with more information about what was going on and NOT ONCE did she ever return my phone call. Thankfully they returned my deposit. However, I am still out $400 of storage fees for all my belongings because I currently have no where else to live. Mary's complete inability to manage the apartment complex or warn me they might be running behind with fixes to the apartment has caused me to basically be homeless. I will now be living on couches and storing my belongings in a POD because this place is so badly managed. Before giving this complex your hard earned money I would suggest thinking twice. I am now out $800 for lost work and storage fees.
