Came with my best friend and her fiancé to purchase a vehicle on a Sunday. We worked with John and Jason who were wonderful! John was really knowledgeable and was not very pushy, which we greatly appreciated! Jason works wonders on the financing and is just a pleasure to work with. The experience was very smooth and efficient. We were in and out in around 2 hours! Left getting a great deal on a great car with a great warranty. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because there was no water or coffee at the dealership. When you're spending that kind of money it's always a nice gesture to offer your customers, and would be much appreciated.

I must say. I visited BMW and land rover dealers in Manhattan and I didn't get great service. So one day I decided to walk down northern boulevard in queens and a sales man from North Star greeted me and made me feel comfortable. I visited over 8 dealers before coming to North Star and I really wish I came to North Star first. I purchased a Mercedes Benzes for my fiancé 2 months ago and we've been driving up and down the east coast having tons of fun and our car is in perfect driving condition.



I plan on getting a rang rover or Porsche in the next year from North Star.

I just recently purchased a Honda Civic 2010 Coupe from this dealer and I have to say the sales people were very pleasant to do business with. Angel was very helpful and didn't put pressure on me to jump into buying a vehicle. He was also very funny and pleasant as well. Jeremy was very helpful as well and knowledgeable. The front desk lady, Jessica was so sweet. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, who is looking to purchase their first car.

After a major fail at Major World and many other dealerships I decided to try my luck at this place. Not only did they have the the model car I was looking for, they had options to choose from. All of the cars I saw were clean and in good condition, the prices reasonable.

I usually hate the whole process of buying car. But I read some good reviews on Northstar, so I thought I would give them a shot. First off, you walk into this place and the atmosphere is great! The showroom was really nice and I had a hard time believing the cars on the floor were used. They looked amazing! The people were really friendly and helpful. I didn't feel any pressure and they really made of point of listening to me. They were upfront about their prices and their fees and there were no awkward surprises. Thanks to Arthur and Nick I'm driving the car that I wanted with a payment plan I can handle and a really good feeling about where I bought it. Thanks guys! You're the best!

I was looking for a Honda Accord Coupe for months on multiple car dealership websites when i came across the North Star Auto sales site. From the moment i called the service was AWESOME. The receptionist was very helpful with the all the questions that I asked so i booked an appointment. The day I came in a sales Rep named Jeremy helped me with the car i seen on the site. When i seen the car it was love at first site, I knew it had to be mine. Although my dad had his doubts Jeremy answered ALL his questions. The thing i liked most about this dealership is that i felt no pressure into buying a car. When I decided to buy the car Jeremy even suggested a insurance place that i can get a quote. His customer service surprised me because most dealership sales rep put too much pressure on you to buy a car but not Jeremy. He was patient, helpful and it was a smooth transaction. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in buying a car. Everyone who works there has great customer service skills not like other Dealerships. Had a great experience buying our first car at Northstar Auto Sales. I really appreciated their no-stress approach, as I really didn't need the hard sell about every car. The salesmen were super nice and hands-off; if my husband and I were circling a car, obviously talking about it, they'd approach, give us the keys to sit inside, then let us deliberate for 20 minutes before coming back to check on us. I really appreciated that they didn't sit breathing over our shoulders the entire time (as other dealers did, which is why we immediately left those dealerships).
