I had the liberty of buying two vehicles from Northstar (Acura MDX) and both experiances went very well. I had a misfortune, an unfortunate accident but ironically, I was able to get the same vehicle and was equally satisfied. The salesmen at Northstar Jon, Jason and Jeremy were true professionals they provided all the documentations needed carfax, registration etc... I felt very comfortable coming back twice to the. Came in with my friend to look at getting a Chevrolet Trailblazer. While we didn't end up purchasing the Trailblazer Jason and Jon were very helpful. We gave them a budget and, the parameters the car we were looking for fell under. Although we couldn't come to an agreement on the deal they did everything to try to work with us and, were very honest and told us they wouldn't sell us a specific car because the abuse that had been out in it. We had looked at a Jeep the night before at another dealership in the area and, they were far pushier and, made the car buying experience stressful and, not exciting. Jon and Jason suggested we go on Craigslist or buy from an individual instead of a dealer due to our circumstances and, our price range. In the future if we had more capital and, better credit Northstar is the first place we would go to. The pricing was the most disappointing aspect of our experience but, I take that with a grain of salt as a dealer has to offer some sort of a warranty on a car the dealer itself must make a profit and, the salesman himself needs to make a living. If you are looking to buy a used car for a dealership and have good credit this is the place for you. Thanks for the honesty, customer service and, the gummy sharks!

I spotted a 2012 VW Passat and Jon was very helpful on the car facts and carfax...he was pleasant to work with during the buying process...the car was missing items, and he promised to get back to me when he obtained some...and he did. Jason the finance manage helped me get a great deal that im sure I could not get in many places

Purchased a Car last week and could not have been more pleased. Arthur & Jason were able to give me a Good Trade in price for my old car and made sure my New vehicle was within my budget. purchased my bmw 335 here. So far, so good! car drives great. nice group of guys that work there. at first when i walked in, it was a little hard to swallow their $1995.00 dealer fees so i left to shop around but i realized ALL the Dealers in the area had fees that were $3000.00 or their internet price was after $3000.00 down or their internet price was with a college student/army discount and they were horrible when it came to customer service. one dealer made me wait 30 mins for a salesman just to tell me the car was sold already... also if your shopping around, dont let internet prices determine the market value of the car your buying. i went back to northstar because the car was clean and it was way lower than the kelly blue book value. treated me good and im happy with the car. i would recommend these guys.

I financed a 2011 G37x. It was a little headache to finance due to my credit history, but jeremy aminolroya and angel cruz did their best and made it happen. I really appreciate their help. They were really friendly and helped me out alot. I am very satisfied with my car. I personally recommend this place it will be worth it making deals with great people. Thanks

i was recommended by a friend to come here so i made an appointment with jessica to see a chevy traverse they had in stock. first impressions mean a lot and jessica was very warm and friendly. they showed me the truck and it was gorgeous! a little over my monthly payment budget but they got me a deal on my insurance so the numbers worked out for me. thank you jessica, jason and nstar team!

Thank you Northstar Auto Sales team for a wonderful day buying my first car. I've been searching for a specific car but have always been apprehensive about buying off a used lot - until now. Arthur was great at working with my budget and the entire crew was supportive in making this sale happen, unlike other used car places I've visited in my search for the car I wanted. Everyone was personable and the establishment is very well kept. I was more than comfortable dealing with all of the guys and ladies who work there. I'm usually a skeptic at buying used cars but Arthur took us through all the details of the car, an easy test drive, and answered all my (many) questions. I had been getting calls for a few days but never made an appointment to see the car because I figure used cars might not be worth it. He let us walk right in and in a matter of minutes we had the car ready to go with no hassles. Also, Leo walked me through all the financing details an is very easy to talk to - no tricks or swindling from anyone. Thanks to Angel too, for letting me get to this car before someone else! I love it and had a great experience working with these guys today.

This isn't my 1st car and I had all kinds from brand new to used to hoopties. I bought my brother car shopping with me and dealership after dealership we got sold a dream and a bunch of lies. We stumbled into Northstar right before closing and I was just shocked at how honest and welcoming Arthur was. I thought he was going to try and push me into anything to get me out the door, but not only did he take his time he stood within my budget and spoke like we were all long tie friends. Very professional environment. Arthur has a heart of gold and the voice of an angel :) Jason is a man to be trusted in the finance department. I came is this Sunday to check out a car before the GiantsVs Carolina game. I was outside looking at some cars when Authur came out to assist me. After i check a few cars i asked about different info from financing to paying cash. Author was friendly and help me to the best of his knowledge and abilities. After a few days of running around and a lot of effort on my part and everyone at Northstar i was Driving my (New Ford Mustang) by tuesday. I thank the finance officer Jason, Auther, the manager of the place. THe all helped in getting me into my car. This place isnt like a lot of other places. If they can get you into that car they will. We bought a White Tahoe form north star a few weeks ago, Arthur and Jason made this deal happen, we left happy with the SUV we wanted at the price we wanted and with the payment we wanted.

First I went to another auto store and they said I wouldn't be able to get a car unless I had a co signer or $5,000. I was walking to the train with my girlfriend and she said hey let's stop at this place . A few hours later and we were in a car thanks to Jason and Angel. Great dealership I would definitely recommend them and will definitely be back in the future.

I had the greatest experience at North Star Auto. I went in looking for a basic car and left with something more. For starters the salesman Arthur was awesome. he didn't put on any pressure and was very honest through out the whole process. I had shopped around for a few weeks and decided to go in to take a look at a Mazda 3 that I had seen online. From the moment I walked in there, everyone was friendly and professional and actually listened to what I wanted. Leo the owner came over to introduce himself and assured me I would be taken care of and I definitely was. Nick the finance manager worked with me and the bank to get me at a monthly payment I was comfortable with. I have had some horrible experience with other dealerships in the neighborhood and it was so refreshing to do business with these people. All in all, great great great experience! I left North Star feeling good about the Mazda I had seen and came back later in the day and drove off with the car! Everyone at North Star made it so easy and simple. It was definitely an amazing experience. I highly recommend North Star Auto!!!
