I was proposing to trade two vehicles in for one lightly used Jeep grand Cherokee and even asked for a range of trade-in values since the dealership was about three hours away. They accommodated that request and when I visited the dealership I worked with Arthur and closed the deal with Jeremy and Jason. They tried their best to accommodate my budget and the transaction went as planned. I would recommend Arthur to anyone looking to purchase a nice clean vehicle. There were many on the lot. Finally, I left a nice pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses in my trade and Arthur readily agreed to procure them from the detailer and send them to me overnight. I received them today in good order. He definitely went out of his way and I appreciated it.

After searching for the car I wanted for about 2 weeks. I finally came across Northstar on edmunds.com, they had the car I was looking for. When I showed up At Northstar I was really impressed, they have a beautiful showroom and many cars, I didn't expect that from a used car lot. Arthur my sales person was great he was very calm and not pushy like other places I went to and Leo the finance manager got me a great deal on my payments. I felt really comfortable doing business with these guys, I would really recommend people there.

I worked with Jon and Jason and they were both awesome. Jon was my sales guy and he helped me out in every way. I came in looking for specific car and they did not try to push me onto a more expensive car which I appreciated they really stuck to my budget. Jason went above and beyond to make sure my monthly payments were right where I needed to be. I drove my car home that same day! I would for sure recommend this dealership to a friend! Northstar delivered what they advertised and promised. Negotiation was straightforward and fair. Kevin Mac was friendly, knowledgeable and a true professional. A slight delay on the car pickup was unfortunate, but did not detract from the overall positive experience. I have dealt with Ford, Lexus and Mazda dealers and these guys are just as good if not better. I highly recommend them

Coming from someone who is very weary of private dealerships I will highly recommend these guys - a wonderful staff. My car sales man, Jeremy, was very professional, welcoming and very helpful. It was a great overall experience and the used car I got was in top-notch condition. We need more of these dealerships around they're right across the street from Major World so skip them and head straight to NorthStar. They're very customer oriented.
