Todd Gillelard arrived at my house on time. He was extremely professional and personable. He was attentive to all my problem areas and explained their treatment program from start to finish. He immediately went about his business thoroughly. He was very attentive to my problem areas. Compared to other well know pest control companies Aptive blew the competition out of the water. I highly recommend them to anyone with problems with various pests. Thanks Aptive for your service.

We had Aptive come out and perform their services after their sales rep Daniel F. knocked on our door. The next day Todd came to our house and was great! He arrived on time, explained eve the was going to do and took care of all of our issues. He was great with our 17 month old son and our dog loved him too. We look forward to seeing him again at our quarterly check up. ����

I was totally happy with our service provider Leo! He was such a gentleman and explained everything to me. He seemed to really be very thorough around the house as well.

Two service techs Lam & Nathan were sent to my home on 6/30/2016 to do my 3 months service treatment. They did a thorough treatment of the inside and outside. I had prior treatment with other company before but your guys are the best. Your guys are so thorough. Such professionals. Nathan came the last time and I had a severe problem with Carpenters Bees, He treated the areas where they were, and I have not seen any since he treated the area. They explained the products that were used. I enjoy using your company and hope that the long term mosquito problem that I have been experiencing in the past summers will be controlled.

Drew Meese, your sales rep came to our door @11.30AM. He politely identified himself & explained the services provided by Aptive. He was professional, both in presentation & appearance. He answered all questions & said he could have the initial service done around 1PM. He sold me.

Drew must certainly be a great asset to the Co.

At 1PM Lam was at our door. He explained what he was going to do, inquiring if there were specific pests involved. He reviewed the paperwork, then we walked around the house while explaining what he was going to do. He expained Aptive would be back in about 30 day for another treament & there would be quarterly treatments.

He was very polite, answering all our questions. He then set about doing his job. Once completed he reviewed what he did & the steps that would follow.

Lam was extremely professional, polite, & provided a service with a smile.

He certainly has to be a great asset to your Co.

We are hoping that Lam will be performing the followup services.

Nathan came here about a week ago and did an amazing job. He was prompt and super deligent with his work. Even though there was a lot to spray, because I had requested an indoor treatment as well as outdoor he didn't complain or anything. He sprayed all the areas needed and even the windowsills which I didn't know you could have. The old pest company I had was never this deligent and specific with their work. They ca, in and out in probably less than 20mins and never sprayed the windowsills or even inside my garage. I'm very happy with such great service from Aptive right now. Nathan even knocked down a wasps nest outside my home, which I had no idea about, so thank you!

Ammaron H was a fantastic service pro. He explained everything he was doing, the products he was using and was very efficient. He spent a lot of time at my home and was very thorough. I would highly recommend Aptive!

Another dreaded knock on the door with some guy trying to sell you something is so annoying... well not this time around. Dylan had left me his card after I turned him down at the door. I was in need of pest control but had also turned down terminix 2 days ago. After he left I googled active environmental and to my surprise they have great review. So I called Dylan to see what the services entailed and how much. He was down the street and came back around. He took the time to answer my question and got me signed up for later that evening. The tech Leo arrived on time and went over what services were going to be completed and other concerns/ problem areas that were note. Leo did a great job! He knocked down cobb webs, treated the lawn, garage, house perimeter, eaves, basement, basement windows, baseboards and targeted the problem areas on my patio and driveway where ants had took over. Overall I'm very happy with the the level of service. Thanks Dylan and Leo. Cheers!
