Scott was great! Very thorough and professional! It's my first time trying Aptive and so far I'm very impressed.

Jason, the company representative, came for the initial treatment in and around my house. This was my first time using the services of the company, so I don't have much to say about the effectiveness of the service yet. Jason arrived right on time and was very patient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. So far, I am very impressed with the service and the representatives that I have met. Since, it was the initial service I expect them to be back in approximately 2 weeks for a follow up.

The Aptive technican, Johnathan, spoke professionally and explained everything to me prior to his work. He asked for my concerns and addressed them. I was very pleased. Peggy S.

Mike was very courteous and attentive to our needs. He was thorough in explaining the treatment plan and why it was necessary even during the colder months.

Jason came out to treat our kitchen for roaches. He was extremely thorough and gave us many tips we could use to help the process. We are moving soon and he assured us that our service could be transferred to our new house.

Leo came out this time he was great!
We had our house serviced for the initial service, then the regular quarterly service. Do to having a 16 month old at home on the first service they recommended not doing the inside unless we could get him out of the house for a few hours. The second treatment we were out of town with an emergency. They treated and left a sign. Because we hadn't had any inside area done inside, it pushed the carpenter ants we had inside. We called for a retreat. (Though it is our own fault for not being home the 2nd visit) they were super friendly and easy to deal with. They scheduled quickly to come back out. Leo came out and spent a considerable amount of time to make sure everything was treated correctly. He came in and treated the inside too. I am confident that we have the ants beat, now. Door to door salesperson gave a quick explanation of the service and we decided to get the service since we were told they were only offering that price because neighbors had signed up with them as well.
Our service started in February. The bug problem in and out of my house got worse. I waited until they came the second time, no improvement. Called the company to try to cancel my service but I would have to pay for the rest of the 1 year contract. They offered a re-service, but nobody ever showed up.
The outside of my house is full of crickets and the inside ants & spiders.
Take your business elsewhere. This company is not worried about the customers satisfaction.

Todd, our service pro, did a great job. He explained everything in detail and was very helpful. he went over how the service works and even provided us with sample packets to kill "silverfish". I highly recommend using Aptive and ask for Todd.

Andre went above and beyond during our application yesterday. He was super friendly, super efficient and super kind. He wouldn't let me touch any of the traps filled with disgusting bugs and wrapped them up tightly in a plastic bag for me. He moved my groundhog trap for me which was a very nice added bonus to the service. You go Andre!!

Aundrey P provided me with excellent and prompt customer service. I have enjoyed every interaction I have had with this company so far, as well as the results from using them (no bugs.) I highly recommend this company!

Brenden was very professional, friendly and punctual. He showed up on time, worked quickly, but very thoroughly, and the best part is I haven't seen a single ant in my yard this week (about a week since the day of service). I wish I haven't spent a fortune on non-commercial products. Great company - would definitely recommend to others.

We just moved to a new house and had all kinds of outdoor bugs and pests especially since we back onto a woodsy area. Todd was prompt and professional. Best of all, he had grown up in our area and gave us some great info on schools and activities for our kids. He also seemed knowledgable about what kinds of pests we see in our area. When I called Todd back to ask how long it should take for the bees to disappear, he was great and said if they weren't controlled in 24 hours, he'd be back out to retreat, and no extra charge since we got a 12 month contract. I should say the contract wasn't very clear with lots of fine print. I had to ask several times before I understood the terms. But they seem to back it up.

First time using the service and I am usually very skeptical about door to door salesmen. Johnathan Strong and the gentlemen that came with him were very knowledgeable about their product. Great job, thanks!

Terry did a nice job. We asked if he could address a couple of specific areas and he was happy to do so. Good guy.
