William J did a great job with the service today despite the demanding weather conditions. Yard was soaked from snow and rain fall from the previous day but William performed the service in an exceptional way.

Johnathan arrived in a very timely manner showing an excellent level of knowledge about services and pest control in general. He proved to be a true professional. Also, he was very helpful and friendly while offering very useful advice. He deserves an A++ rating.

Aptive representative Justin Johnson was very knowledgeable and thorough doing extermination.
He noticed spider eggs, webs etc. and cleaned and spread the area. Very happy with his work.

Overall a very professional and positive service experience. The technician (Americal) thoroughly explained what would be involved and made sure that all my home's service needs were being addressed in full. The service was prompt, professional, and complete. Nice job on a hot &humid day!!

Rancy Jah, the tech, called ahead to see if he could be early. He was very thorough and advised me of all Aptive policies. He informed me when the service was complete. Good job!

Devon provided my quarterly service. He was really helpful and knowledgeable, and very polite and thorough. He helped try to be proactive to try to find the best home protection before "ant-season" starts. He also understood what was sub-optimal about a prior application provided by someone else. Devin was very thorough, cleaning cobwebs outside, and in the basement and garage. He let us know of a small opening to the garage. He was very courteous, knowledgable and professional.

No way to run a business. I called and schedule a appointment they gave me monday between 12:00 & 4:00 I took off work early and sat at my home till 4:00 No show, so I called They told me they could not make it, They put me on hold then said they could do 5:00 I was fine with that, when she put me on hold again and said there was a schedule conflict they could not come at all. When I ask to speak to a manager she told me she was a manager when I ask to speak to the owner they said they would leave a message well the owner never called me back and I was a Customer (was)

Aundrey Parker is very friendly and knowledgable, he takes his time with me and all the questions and issues I have. He even rescheduled after he was here because of rain, wanted to make sure the treatment would be most effective.
