Venture Pest Control-Charlotte

Previous pest control company was a tiny bit cheaper but a whole lot less effective and punctual. These guys came on time, covered more of my house (inside and out) and I haven't seen a bug since. These guys get it done right..

Had a wonderful experience with Venture Pest Control. Beginning with the front office with a courtesy call right down to the service tech who knocked on my door. They were extremely professional and addressed any concerns that I may of had. I would highly recommend them.

Judy L. 2/27/2015 Venture Pest Control was out today for my regular maintenance spray which I only needed for the outside. Very polite young man, did what he came for and let me know when he was leaving and asked if I needed anything else or had questions. Very Pleased.

We have been using Venture Pest Control for several years and have had a great experience. The technicians are very professional and do a great job. Anytime I need extra treatments they always come out immediately. I have never experienced any issues and highly recommend their service!

Venture Pest Control is a SCAM. Instead of making revenue by providing quality service, they focus on sending a very friendly salesmen to knock on your door and sell you a 1-year contract. After you sign the contract you are bound to the contract for 1 year and if you decide to cancel you are charged a $100 cancellation fee. A neighbor and I signed up for a 1 year and the first day they were to provide service they never performed any service but charged us $100. We called the company cancelled our service and refused to pay, and had another company come instead. They then sent us to a collection agency and we had no choice but pay. We ended up paying $200 for no service. I encourage everyone that has bad experiences with this company to report them to BBB and the NC Attorney General Office.

Have had Venture treat our home for a while now and I highly recommend them! They always call ahead to let us know when a treatment will be done and remind us to call if there are any issues we need addressed. The technicians are always friendly and courteous.

We have used Venture Pest Control for almost 2 years and have always found the service to be outstanding, the technicians very professional and any concerns promptly addressed. We had an issue with tiny ants over the summer and they returned and retreated until they were gone. Well done, Venture!

Very professional service, always on time, and if a problem arises, they come our quickly. Not sure what Jeff C. is talking about, been a customer for a few years and never had a problem. If I am not home when they come, I can surely tell that they were here as all spider webs are gone from windows and overhangs.

This company is completely unprofessional and dishonest. The sales reps makes promises that the company does not fulfill. They solicit business in non solicitation neighbor hoods claiming that they have work scheduled with neighbors. They show up with an IPad, they show you a screen that does not have terms and conditions, and ask you to sign it. When you question their business they will send you a contract with terms and conditions on something that also has your signature. Either manually or electronically added, but not originally what is signed This company schedules appointments, does not keep the appointments and instead of rescheduling comes back out at their convenience without an appointment and tells you that they were there, then sends you a bill for the service. Use this company at your own risk. (1 Star is to high ) Negative Stars would be more appropriate.
