Venture Pest Control-Charlotte

We have been having a major bug issue since we moved in, and Venture Pest Control Charlotte has come out every time when requested to assist in the issue. Jeremy took the time to look at pictures of the bugs I've been seeing and was able to identify the spider that we've been having issues with. He sprayed all the areas I requested again and even treated the areas outside where he said the particular spiders typically reside. Has been great working with them thus far!

We have been customers for a few years now and have received good service-until recently. The last two quarterly visits were a bit disappointing. I was home for the 4Q visit and it was pouring down rain that day. The technician (young lady) asked if I wanted her to proceed with the service or reschedule. I asked her if the rain would hinder a successful service-she said no so I agreed to proceed. The next day after the rain, it was clear she didn't remove the cobwebs that were on the siding of my home. Similar experience for the service that was completed on 2/19/19. A rainy day and not all cobwebs were removed (many lingering from the miss in the previous service).

RJ was prompt, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. He provided great service! The office staff was also very prompt in providing quotes, responding to emails, and setting up appointments.

I always have a good experience with these folks. One time I called them back after treatment, and they sent someone to my house on a Saturday! Yesterday's visit was preceded 2 days earlier with a reminder email that someone would be here Thurs Sept 27. The guy that came out (Jay) did a full-service, exterior treatment. He removed all the spider webs on all the windows, and found (and knocked down) several wasp nests. After his pest treatments, he left the completed service ticket with me and left. Venture Pest Control gives me peace of mind having the insects around my house controlled, and they're always a phone call away.

Always polite and responsive service. Have been a customer for 4 years! We live on the lake and Venture makes it possible to enjoy the outdoors without bugs!

The technician was very knowledgeable and showed up on time. He took the time to walk the yard with me and listen to any problems.

We have used Venture for a while now and have always had a good experience. The technicians are always very courteous and professional. A couple of times we have had specific bug issues in the house and Venture was able to take care of the problem. We have also had some sort of hornet/wasp nest in a bush right next to our back door and they were able to take care of that. Venture does a good job!

Austin came to our house this morning. He called about 20 minutes beforehand to let us know he was on his way, and showed up right on time. He was very courteous and knowledgeable, gave us great serve and we're very pleased overall. I highly recommend Venture.

Venture Pest Control performed our quarterly treatment service in January 2018. We are very pleased with the work that was done. The technician was a young man named Derrick, and he was on time and extremely polite and professional. He took time to listen to our questions and our requests to have certain areas of our property emphasized for treatment. He was very accommodating and performed all task in a proficient timely manner.
