Hiring Attorney Henry Myers was well worth not taking that 5 & 1/2 drive not to appear in court & well worth the money. Henry Myers handles his business like a lawyer is supposed to. I would recommend you not speed going thru Virginia because the laws are harsh like murder. Virginia takes speeding very seriously so if you need fast result or someone to handle your business make sure you look up Attorney Henry Myers to come to your rescue because he sure saved me!!!

Fantastic service. Speeding through Hopewell, I was ticketed doing 89 in a 70 zone. I procrastinated and needed an atty last minute. Atty Myers answered me back when no one else did. He did so in the evening the day before my appearance. I'm happy to say the case was DISMISSED!!

Heading to Myrtle Beach, I got caught speeding on 78 in a 55 - RECKLESS DRIVING IN VA. Unsure of what to do, Henry Myers came to my rescue. In addition to the reckless charge, I was driving on a suspended license in VA (due to an unknown circumstance). Henry walked me thru what I needed to do to clear the suspension. Then, he proceeded to do his job and handle the reckless driving charge. End result - CASE DISMISSED.

Henry Myers is an excellent traffic attorney! He was able to have my speeding ticket reduced to defaluty equipment. As it turned out my speedomert was off due to teh age of the car. Henry Myers saved me somewhere around 100 dollars in traffic court fees and got my sentence reduced from reckless driving. Having him represent you will allow you to not be physically present for your case. Caught speeding on 95 or 295!!? I highly recommend Henry Myers. My charge was 20+ mph over the speed limit...Reckless Driving! Henry LISTENED to my concerns (I hold a high security job & could not afford the risk of a guilty charge for a reckless driving misdemeanor - criminal charge!), discussed which outcomes were possible and LISTENED to the outcomes I preferred & which I wanted to avoid, prepared me in advance, and when I didn't do all of my prep work for my trial, he was able to reposition my defense and still achieve the preferred outcome. Henry is personally involved in each of his cases and doesn't hand it off to some junior attorney as many firms in the area do.



What most stood out to me among the 20 or so marketing solicitations I received was Henry's experience as a prosecutor. Henry Myers definitely does what he says he will do. He reduced my reckless driving ticket down to defective equipment, which is what he said he would do. If he doesn't get what he wants out of a case, he won't stop until he gets what he wants. I would recommend him to everybody. Reasonably priced. I didn't have to worry about anything. =)
