Within the past year, I have received 3 tickets, one of them being reckless driving. Atty. Henry Myers has been a blessing in representing my case each time. I'm a professional with two employers of whom I have to maintain security clearances with and made an extremely poor decision a couple months ago after leaving an establishment in Chesterfield. I received a traffic citation in Aug of 2012 while home on leave from deployment. My son was driving from NJ to college in SC. Pulled over for crossing into the shoulder that was written up as Wreckless Driving. Mandatory Court appearance...which was Impossible. Attorney Henry Myers is a excellent lawyer. He always answered my phone calls and made himself available even under an extremely last minute case like mine was. Being a former prosecutor he knew exactly what to do and got the job done while representing me 400 miles away. Mr. Myers got my charge lowered and accepted my payment over the phone. Mr. Henry Myers has represented myself and my family a number of times over the years in traffic court. He has assisted us in several different counties in Central Virginia with tickets ranging from speeding to wreckless driving. The most recent case was October of 2012 in Amelia County for failure to obey a stop sign. Mr. Myers had the charge dismissed with no fines or court fees. And he certainly saved me a lot of money on my insurance had this charge went on my record. Every time that Mr. Myers has represented us he has been extremely helpful and achieved the desired end state. On each occasion that he has represented us he has had all of the charges either reduced or dismissed. It's well worth the nominal fee of hiring a lawyer rather than have your insurance skyrocket.
