I am so glad I found Mr. Myers, was dealing with a felony because I was charged with reckless driving was speeding over 20 miles over the speed limit. But I followed everything Mr. Myers told me to do and I was fined only 60. 00 ....He is truly amazing, don't look anywhere else if your looking for the best.

Due to the nature of the reckless driving citation I received, I will not reveal the speeding numbers else those will encourage others to drive faster by looking at this super success case of the year (actually of the recent few years). Don't know where to start. Seven phone and three email responses to present my case from local lawyers. All responses guaranteed (I repeat guaranteed) me the 'jail time' as one of the sentence besides fines and suspension of license. I was not prepared for the jail time at any cost and everyone guaranteed me that they might help to reduce the other sentences but no bet on jail time due to the three digit speeding ticket. Out of ten responses Mr. Myers was not on the list at all. Two odds (is reason I choose this Great Professional) caught my attention, 1. His online presence - He is no where on google reviews as opposed to other 12 attorneys I received response from. 2. A former prosecutor. These two odds were enough for me to drop the list of nearly dozen attorneys.



Going forward, Mr. Myers is the only attorney who spend 25 minutes listening to me and answering all my questions without mentioning fees and told me to call him back if have any questions AND surprisingly on Sunday 4:30 PM. Surprise continues, upon request he drove for an hour to see me before I hired him to answer my further questions on the following Tuesday. Spent another hour and a half. We met at Starbucks and that was amazingly surprising moment for me even my case was due hearing. That was the very first moment I was confident and had a nice sleep since citation was issued.



On the day of the court: Mr. Myers successfully managed to let me sit out side until my turn to appear comes. (Don't expect in your case though, I had a valid reason). I witnessed and realized Mr. Myers' every single professional action while presenting the case that resulted to successfully convince the honorable judge and to a public prosecutor why jail time is not an option for me. Judge looked at me and I also took no time to confess that 'Yes' i was on the move with over the speed limit. (Yes, I admitted my action). I did not hire Mr. Myers to present the fabricated stories, I simply hired him to help me to eliminate the one of the pieces of sentence (jail time) which he successfully managed with the balanced and professional approach. Those 10 minutes appearance in front of the honorable judge was important to out come the desired recipe. I also thank to the honorable judge who took Mr. Myers' words and decided not to add the jail time as one of the 'guaranteed' sentence promised by other attorneys. Honestly, the judge told me, "I have no reason to practice the exception on adding the jail time on your sentence based on the three digit speeding number your citation has, no matter what." However, Mr Myers' and public prosecutors' voices counted and I didn't have a jail time.



Mr. Myers is the one who provided me every single opportunity to evaluate the reasons to hire me. He successfully cleared every single audition I conducted before I hired him to present my case against the common wealth of VA.



Finally, Mr. Myers is the one who realized me that Yellow pages are still alive in the modern google world.

Henry Myers is NOT a good attorney. Henry Myers is a GREAT attorney.

This is not my opinion this is a fact. I wish I had heard about him sooner. Thanks to his knowledge and experience as a former prosecutor and now defense attorney he was able to get my 83 mph reckless driving ticket dropped completely did not even have to pay court costs.
