I called seeking help and spoke to the most hateful representative. I did not get any help or direction, and felt sorry that I called and bothered them.

Don't bother calling. The receptionist has a bad attitude as well as bad customer service. She needs to be fired.

These people run a lovely shelter ! They placed two small dogs for me within a day and alleviated so much stress after a family member died. They are truly dedicated to their good work and it shows!
