I have experienced excellent service & customer care on numerous occasions with work being done on our refridgerator, washer, and dryer. We have been very pleased. Technicians were competent and professional. They showed up at the scheduled time and were very prompt in fixing all of the problems. On occasion they told me how to fix things myself if it was simple enough, to avoid service calls. We are very satisfied customers.

I scheduled an appointment with this company to repair dryer, They did not show up on the agreed upon day. They did not call to say they were not coming and try to reschedule. I called them the next day the scheduler refuse to get on the phone. I had to hold an conversation through the book keeper. i requested several time to talk to scheduler but she refuse to get on phone. They would not completely commit to coming the next day or give me a time morning or afternoon on when to expect them. I finally cancel my appointment. I loss two days. A complete lack of concern for the customer.
