        Jess is just the greatest man ever! For years he has helped temperature control my home and my rabbit barn. My rabbits are a collection of very expensive show rabbits as well as their offspring. If it weren't for him, I would have lost invaluable bloodlines and loves of my life. He always stops by to check on my bunnies to make sure they are ok while he is on service calls. Now THAT is customer service, a concerned businessman and truly kind heart!!!!!
