        Penny Pinchers Inc. started in 1962 in Yountstown, Ohio as a Non-profit organization selling gently used clothing and such, helping local charities in the Mahoning Valley. Since then we are proud to have given over $200,000 to help the community. Currently our charity is The Silver Lining Cancer fund which helps patients with cancer and other malignant diseases.
