        They ask to see the furniture first so they can better assess for a price to sell. They keep 60%, you keep 40%. They don’t bother to ask if you agree on a price before they sell it, they just sell it and don’t care if you agree or not! So you ask for documentation that you agreed, they print up an old Word document for something you consigned a year and a half prior, and call it a signature- less contract:
