I had a 50/50 experience when I rented I went to the night window the man had a very rude attitude and the smell that came out the window was so nasty and foul I almost throw up in my mouth but the rooms were clean and smelled good the young lady the next morning was very polite around check out but they need to get rid of that night man who looks like the revenge of the nerds cause his attitude was as disgusting as the smell otherwise good experience

If you are vacationing in Winter Haven, you do not want to stay at this hotel. Even the office building is falling apart. Other buildings have broken out windows and the pool is overgrown with weeds and trash. I did not and will not stay there.
