        Dr. Leslie Branch was born and raised in Winston-Salem, NC. She graduated from Pepperdine University in 2007 in the top 10% of her class with a degree in sports medicine. With a neurosurgeon as a father and an artist as a mother, she decided to pursue her medical degree at Wake Forest University School of Medicine. After graduating in 2011, she stayed at Wake Forest Baptist Health for a 6 year integrated plastic and reconstructive surgery residency. Having performed and assisted on over 5200 cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, she obtained a diverse experience in advanced and cutting edge plastic surgery procedures. Also during her time at Wake Forest, she published 13 scientific papers in the plastic and general surgery literature and presented at 10 meetings. Her decision to become a physician began with a medical mission trip to Cap-Haitian, Haiti with her father and grandfather. This trip ignited an interest in medicine and giving back to those in need of medical care. She has since been on multiple medical mission trips to Togo, Bolivia, Guatemala, Haiti, Mexico, and Nigeria, and received multiple awards and scholarships for her service. She hopes to make medical missions a lifelong commitment. Dr. Branch is the most recent addition to Forsyth Plastic Surgery as of August 2017. Now accepting new patients.

        You would be doing yourself an injustice if you didn't trust your plastic or reconstructive surgery to Dr Branch and Forsyth Plastic Surgery. She will walk you through every step of the process, make you feel like the most important patient, keep you safe during surgery and if a complication were to arise afterwards she will walk with you, advise you and evaluate what is going on.

        Dr Branch has given me my life back and the ability to see my hard work, after losing over 170 Pounds and removing 15.5 Pounds of skin and fat with an FDL Panniculectomy.

        From the consult, too pre-op, too day of operation, Dr. Branch has been so wonderful, and her nurse Britni, is amazing! So friendly, they explain everything well, listen, and are very empathetic. Never doubted my decision once. Quinta, who schedules was amazing as welI. I had a breast augmentation in June 9, and couldn’t be happier. The entire staff from the front desk, nurses, anesthesiologist, just PHENOMINAL! Highly recommend and will be back in the future if ever wanted anything else!

        I could not be happier with my surgery results thanks to Dr. Branch!

        I never really thought of myself as a cosmetic surgery patient, (never say never!). After having a personal recommendation & seeing another patients results, I decided to consult with Dr. Branch. After two kids & years of unfair gravity I made the decision to have a breast lift & lipo. Dr. Branch was so knowledgeable, professional, & caring during my experience. All of my previous apprehension was replaced with a confidence I never thought possible. Thank you Dr. Leslie Branch & nurse Britni.

        I'm pleased and Happy with my Results

        I called for a consultation and I was so pleased with the information that was presented to me. I decided to go through with the procedure. My surgery was scheduled in a timely manner. The staff was very professional. After surgery care was great, if I had an issue I could speak with a doctor the same day. I'm very pleased with the way I look and if I had to i would do it all over again. I had an abdominalplasty with liposuction. My scar is barley noticeable.
