Simply Sassy Kids Spa

I normally only write reviews in a hellish fury warning customers to beware of rude or lacking customer service and treatment but in my recent visit to Simply Sassy this is not the case. I attended a birthday party at the spa with my daughter for her friend and had the best time. The place was clean unlike previous reviews had stated. (Which I had read and went with a previous disposition) The girls as well as the parents were greeted with smiles and excitement. The girls dressed in robes and were directed to stations and given options of lotions, designs and glitter. They were given pixie sticks as a good reward for sitting still. The young ladies working engaged in conversation with the girls and kept them completely entertained the whole time in which the parents and I had a chance to snap a few pics and relax. The manager offered the parents bottled water and hot chocolate and we actually hit it off sharing stories of my daughter and hers. The whole staff was pretty amazing and friendly. They're updos and braids turned out really well. Even my daughters did too and she has really short hair. I was really worried about that not working out for her. Over all we had such a good time. The girls giggled and sang along with music that they played. The staff seemed like they were having fun too. I really give this place an A+. I will return with my daughter and her friends for services and definitely plan a birthday in the future!

You will not get what is advertised on the website. We visited the location in Cornelius and it was a HUGE disappointment. Do not waste your $$$. Poor customer service or entertainment as the young employees call it!



No cucumber facial only lukewarm dirty towels and no take home headband

Picture Perfect up-do - my daughter has curly hair and it was brushed out with a comb and bobbie-pinned to the top of her head. No comb disinfectant is available visible in the spa.

No tasty treat was received during the mani nor was a bubble gum soak provided - my daughter had water in a bowl

No ice cream fizzy foot soak or warm towels during the pedi

No take home gift at the conclusion of the spa visit

Pictures on the website shoe girls in spa robes - this was not offered to my daughter and her friend



I have read others reviews and there have been several that state - what do you expect for the amount paid. I have a response to that - I expect to get what is at least advertised and I recently took my daughter to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in WDW and the prices are very similar the services and service at Simply Sassy do not compare! Don't charge WDW prices!!
