Whoever thinks this man is nice, watch what happent when he doesnt ging you ur deposit Acts nice but is an old jacka$s. He said the dishwasher was new and tried it and flooded the house. Apartment had Mice, Roaches And few bed bugs. When my father passed away we had to move closer to his graveyard and my mother cleaned house like hell. She has had back, leg, and arm problems for 8 months now because of how hard she cleaned the apartment, But I never got my security deposit back and i had to pay an extra $250. Keep in mind my deposit was $1000. And charged $650 just for paint, and $300 for carpet, and a new door and so much stuff he CHARGED me $250. You get the point. Dont ever rent from this douche

I guess I should have known what I was in for when I looked at the place and there were cigarette ashes lining the bedroom walls. Mr. Pine assured me that everything had been steam cleaned.
My friends were helping me moving in furniture. One of my friends was bit 3 times by bedbugs and she was only inside for 5 minutes!
Mr. Pine assured me the bugs were not theirs but they would hire an exterminator anyway.
Mr. Pine told me that he would replace the storm door (never happened) Our bathroom sink had been leaking for weeks and even though I left multiple messages with him, it was never fixed. The ac had no freon so we had to move everything in the August heat. There was no air filter on the ac unit and the place is infested with roaches!! They sprayed once and they are still crawling around!! I'm going to get my money back, have to put what's not infested in storage and stay in a hotel! Don't waste your time, sanity, money and possessions. He acts like a nice, old, man but doesn't care.

They wouldn't even let me see any of their rental apartments! They didn't think I could handle stairs! I am partially blind and they wanted to keep me safe.....................stick me into their "55+ facility called Bradford apartments" What is this the stone age? I can't handle stairs! Even after a lawyer friend talked to them, she recommended that I NOT deal with them. "No changing their minds." Creeps!

Worse Landlord ever!! Do not deal with this man. He wants money and never ever fixes things. He has only one tech for all his apartments. Everyone complains and the ones that dont are nasty people. They are bug infested and bedbugs. After a month staying there was the biggest mistake ever. I finally spoke to him and the least he could do was giving my deposit and brake the lease. I could of taken this to court because of his unsanitary nasty places. Be inspected the apt and invented things that happen to the apt. I argue with him for almost an hour he kept $100 from my deposit. I am very disappointed with the Winchester Health Department they have to work better on inspecting places. Their carpets are not installed! their roof fells off and there is no technician whatso ever so be ready to fix your own stuff. I am happy I found a better place and for all those nasty people living with bugs and giving their money to this nasty man and useless secretary.......GOD LUCK! you guys disgusted me. I have a 2 year old daughter who got biten every night and I called since the beginning of the month and nothing was done. I wrote letters and kept calling and nothing was done. Sad.
