Molden Real Estate, Corp was established by area businessman, Ed L. Molden in 1955. Through the past five decades, the family has grown and so have the holdings of this dedicated group. Although the concept has changed slightly, the ideals expressed by Ed are still being fulfilled. The original business was established with supplying this area with Hotpoint appliances, Molden Electric Company. Then the idea of pre-fab homes materialized, ridge Homes, and along came Century 21-Plaza Real Estate, all the while developing the rental aspect for this community. Ed had a gift for business and enjoyed this work style into his early 90's. Always at his desk prior to sunrise and long after sunset, he set the pace. His joy in life was work and he was most willing to share his self-taught wisdom to anyone willing to listen and apply themselves. His family maintains his established values. Molden Real Estate Corp offers properties in Winchester, Front Royal and Berryville as well as in Strasburg, WV. We're excited to announce a new residential building committed to our mature adults 55-and-older with exceptional amenities. We hope to break ground sometime in late 2007!
