        Overall

        We travel around the country in our RV and I've had plenty of experience getting pedicures. Elite nails is the cleanest salon yet and the technicians are wonderful. I particularly recommend Tina and Tam.

        horrible

        I use to go there when they first opened. ...I liked it cause they weren only 10/15 min from my house. ..at first they did a wonderful job...never made u wait if u had appointment...last 6/7 Times me and my mom was there we had to sit n wait 30/40 min past out appointment. ..then they would only do use one at a time...so it took hours to get fill ins..most of the people that work there dont speak or understand English it made it very difficult to receive the best service

        Review Of Elite Nails

        Elite nails of Winchester was the best manicure I'd ever had. They were quick, excellent at tailoring to my needs and had excellent technique! Overall pain free. I highly recommend!!

        this place deserves NO stars. First time I went here to get a french manicure and they did not know how to properly do white tips without having to "correct" them, thus leaving a line of polishless nail space between the white and the pink part. Then I go in for a general "eye brow waxing". The lady made my eyebrows so thin it looked like they were shaved. She changed my whole look without even ASKING me if thats what I wanted. Then the manager(?) she said that it was my fault too for not saying what I wanted. Iv been to many salons and never had to say anything and ppl have never taken my entire eyebrow out! BAD customer service and NOT CLEAN. She never even changed the wax paper from the previous person and told me to lie down. Im the one who has to look like a freak for thanksgiving and they still had the nerve to argue with me! UNPROFFESIONAL!! I do not recomend this place to ANYONE that expects a job well done.

        great service & massage with the pedicure BUT the polish does not last!!! after one day it is already chipping. by the weekend i'll have to redo the whole thing!!
