US Nail

I have been going to US Nails since it first opened - I love the nail techs, and they are friendly and very helpful. I always leave feeling great about my experience! Michelle was my tech for about 4 years and she left and now HOLLY handles my services, she is wonderful, funny and listens to what my style is and ask's me questions when she believes I want a nail done differently. This is the only place I will go- it is clean and the atmosphere is light! Larry does a great job updating the salon with paint and new fixtures! Very kind ladies with great customer service! Thank you!!

Went in to get a nail fixed and a color change with a design (red tips with black lines under & design on ring finger). I paid before she started painting. She fed the red, then design but forgot the black line & when I mentioned it she got very angry, and started getting loud. I understand she may have not charged me and I would have been ok with paying more if that was the case. Then when I asked for a manager, no one wanted to let me know when one was going to be in. The manager showed and was just as rude and didn't help at all. He turned away and ignored me. Wouldn't answer any questions and had no reguard for his customers concern. I will not be returning. I've NEVER experienced something that unprofessional before and have NEVER had any issues in the 10+ years I've been having my nails done. Don't know the tech's name because they kept saying they didn't know her name.
