Very happy and the entire car buying process was very smooth! Since it was after hours, Bruce offered a "We Owe" for the car. We came back the next day and Bruce followed up with the service department. Overall, sales and service was excellent! Thanks Scott Honda!

Easy sales experience, everyone was fantastic. I am disappointed that there is an issue with the fuel injector, as I would have liked to take home the vehicle the day after I purchased it. However, I am pleased that Mark in the service department updated me with the issue, and is working to get it resolved as quickly as possible. I am also satisfied the dealer will cover the cost of my rental car.

I came to the service even on June 22, 2013 with my 2003 Passat. Randolph, a service technician there, made great effort to inform me of everything that needed attention on my car and gave me a detailed price sheet, outlining everything separately. He cleaned my engine compartment and I received a free oil change. My overall experience was excellent; Randolph did a fantastic job. I will definitely request him again when I bring in my new 2013 Jetta for service.

Salesman Ed Pollock did a great job . Found us a car and took care of us. From getting us cups of water without asking to making sure everything went well. Thanks Ed.

Larry was excellen working with me however due to circumstance with financing I was there 5hrs Larry explained to me and kept me informed of the unfortunate situation that was going on tried everything to accomodate me which I appreciated. More financing personal need to be on a Friday night or backup called in in such circumtstances

Alos Ileft 2 messages on Saturday to speak to finance as I wanted to cancel my extended warrant I purchased with my car without a call back I decided to use my insurance extended waranty I really need a callck to resolve to resolve this issue

We asked to see used CR-Vs and Bruce took us to see some on the lot and offered a test drive. He helped us to find a clean low-mileage 2010 car. The price was fair and we were able to pick up the car the next day. The wait that day, the 31st of the month, seemed long at 2 1/2 hours, but the salespeople were friendly and they offered snacks.

Steve Valoczki was one of the best new car salesman my wife and I had the pleasure to meet. He did not pressure us in any way or attempt to influence us in any of our new car decisions. I brought him a very competitive bid on the car of our choice from another Honda dealership and he negotiated with the Scott management to insure that Scott Honda got our business. After our purchase he spent a lot of time walking us through and setting up the many electronic options on our new Accord. Steve's overall demeanor was very pleasant and I will certainly recommend him to any of my friends and family who are considering a new car purchase.

Experience was excellent except for the guy who proceeded to discuss why Scott Honda could not give us a better price (he was the person we saw after Ismael). His attitude was not at all "customer friendly". It was because of his attiude that we did not purchase the car that night but came back the next day after again speaking to Ismael. Ismael and the finance fellow who had us sign the final papers were extremely pleasant. I would give both gentlemen an excellent score.

We have purchased two previous cars at Scott and, as before, we were very satisfied with our salesman, who was Rick Osberg. He was very patient with us as we slowly came to grips with the right decision and provided us with much useful info.

We came to Scott Honda because we needed a a larger family vehicle. Our friends Nick and Becky Prokop referred us to Sharon Taylor who was their consultant when they purchased their new Odyssey. Sharon was extremely helpful and firendly. She explained our options for each model, and when the EX model was unavailable she helped to upgrade us to the EXL at a much lower cost. We love our new Odyssey, and will definately return to Scott Honda for our future vehicle needs, as well as tell our friends about our great experience. Thank you once again!

Matt was great, he is a very nice guy and seemed very trustworthy, etc. He did a wonderful job. The only thing that soiled the whole experience was when my husband had to endure the warranty "sell". that was not good.
