Steve worked with my mother and I over a two-day period. His comments and actions were always gracious and professional. In the end, we passed over a Honda dealership which was musch closer to our home in order to purchase a new Accord from Scott Honda.

This was not my first experience with the sales department at Scott Honda, in fact, this is the third car purchased from this dealership. I have found the sales personnel to be very professional and accommodating in assisting me with my replacement car searches. This is the third Honda Certified used car purchased by members of my family. I find the sales personnel to be up front, honest and trustworthy.

The Honda Odyssey that was replaced by my current purchase had reached 230,000 miles. I was very pleased with the amount given in trade towards my new purchase. On a Scale of 1-5, with 5 being the best,

The temperature outside was 7 degrees, yet my sales person walked the lot with me to find the car of my choice instead of having me look at pictures on a computer. I was most appreciative for her

Sharon did a great job of reaching out and got me out of a car that I regretted buying. Extremely happy with the new car.

We worked closely with Ed to purchase a CPO Pilot. Ed was great. He showed us the vehicle, its features and took us for a test ride. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, Ed was very attentive to our needs. He even came in on his day off to help us finalize our purchase.

My experience with Dan was great. He understood what I was looking for when I came to the dealership and helped me complete my purchase. He was very accessible and helpful throughout the process. The overall purchase experience was a positive one.



The only negative about my purchase experience was with the finance department. Charges that were additional to the charges I agreed to were applied to my bill. I discovered these charges and we were able to get it taken care of; however, I definitely felt as though I was taken advantage of.
