Scott Honda of West Chester

I posted a review last year, when I bought a Honda for the first time at Scott Honda. AJ was the sales person and everything was awesome. But....their customer satisfaction doesn't stop there. I have brought my Honda in for Service a few times. Minor issue, but very hard to detect what was causing it. Dan Mancari has been my service person most, if not every time. He is very thorough, professional, & considerate. I get a loaner car, so there is hardly any inconvenience for me. I will continue to take my car to Scott Honda for any service good or bad and will hopefully have Dan work on it. And if the time ever comes where I'm in a position to afford another car, I will be heading to Scott Honda, first for sure.

Went in at 3 to only test drive an Accord and left at 5:30 having bought the car. I did all the research online and was pretty sure about the Accord so I didn't need to be "sold" on it. But Mongi and finance make it too easy to sign... Luckily I needed a new car. Mongi was very knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and professional. It was a very easy and enjoyable experience despite the fact that I hate car shopping and a complete cheapskate. I would highly recommend him as a dealer. Finance was great as well. He answered all of my questions and although he got me through everything in a matter of minutes, I never felt rushed or pushed along. I know I didn't get one over on Scott Honda, but I feel like I got a fair price and feel good about my payment. And we love the car. My wife has worked with Scott Honda a few times and has been pleased. This was my first time and I would definitely recommend and will return in 3 years for another round. Thank you.

Dan was wonderful to work with. He was professional, friendly and efficient. I leased my new vehicle with him and was appreciative that he kept the process courteous and straightforward. This was not my first experience with the sales department at Scott Honda, in fact, this is the third car purchased from this dealership. I have found the sales personnel to be very professional and accommodating in assisting me with my replacement car searches. This is the third Honda Certified used car purchased by members of my family. I find the sales personnel to be up front, honest and trustworthy.

The Honda Odyssey that was replaced by my current purchase had reached 230,000 miles. I was very pleased with the amount given in trade towards my new purchase. On a Scale of 1-5, with 5 being the best,

The temperature outside was 7 degrees, yet my sales person walked the lot with me to find the car of my choice instead of having me look at pictures on a computer. I was most appreciative for her

Sharon did a great job of reaching out and got me out of a car that I regretted buying. Extremely happy with the new car.

We worked closely with Ed to purchase a CPO Pilot. Ed was great. He showed us the vehicle, its features and took us for a test ride. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, Ed was very attentive to our needs. He even came in on his day off to help us finalize our purchase.

Enjoyed meeting Keith who was very helpful in getting me a new car.
