J & T Auto Services Inc

I had read a couple of unfavorable reviews on this shop a year or so ago and was hesitant to try them but I had heard that they had new mechanics and since it is close to my house, thought I would give them a try. I just want to say that they were great from start to finish. The waiting area was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The service manager was kind and considerate and the mechanics were very knowledgeable and caring in the handling of my car. I don't know what may have happened in the past, but whatever it was, I do believe they have corrected the problem and are well on their way to a superior rating. I know that it is hard to find experienced mechanics that are caring and willing to work with pride, but I think that Indian River Auto and Transmission has done just that.
