Worst ever! Bought service through Groupon for a "preventive air conditioner tune-up." Had the service in Oct 2014. Once the weather started getting hot we turned on our A/C. House would not cool. Thermostat was at 80 and kept climbing!!! NEVER had this problem before. Called our home warranty to come out. Guess what?!! Panels were on backwards!!!! WTF!!!! So instead on being able to breathe out, the unit was suffocating!!! Tech said he hated to charge us but he had to and we understood. So my husband tries to call America's Best to discuss. The famous "someone will call you back." Almost a week, nothing. My husband calls again! Same thing. We wait again. Nothing. He tries to call today, NOW no one is answering the phone. Really?! America's Best, you need to pay us back for our voucher we purchased through Groupon AND what we had to pay our tech to come out and fix YOUR mistake. Not to mention our electric bill for those days we were suffering in the heat! Shame on you! We are a military retired Army family (both of us) and that is not how we do business. Own up!

I purchased an Groupon for an AC tune up. The tech came out and was at my home no longer than 15 minutes. He didnt even check the freon level said he couldnt until it was cleaned. He gave me an invoice showing over $700 in repairs need to be done. Saying things like the unit had to be cleaned with acid. I called that very day and got another company to come out and they said my freon was fine(I watched them check), and that there was no need for a cleaning with acid. They also spent over an hour doing an actual ac tune up. americas best said my ac was too high on psi and the new company advised it was fine. This company is dishonest and basically I paid for them to come out and make up an invoice with bogus problems with my ac. I want my money back. Chris was rude and unprofessional. Oh and have you seen they have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau.

I found Americas Best during my google search. I had an emergency with my A/C what burned out. They responded quickly to my call, Technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable about the units and their job. The next day I received a new A/C and Furnace. Their work performance was awesome and thorough. I am very happy that I gave Americas Best a chance, I definitely will stay with them.

We woke up to a very hot house Saturday morning. I called Chris, and he was out to check the unit within the hour. We have an infant in the house, and he did everything possible to get us up and running. Unfortunately, we needed a new unit, so there was nothing more he could do. He worked us into an already full schedule Monday, and stayed until 8 PM to be sure the baby had cool air. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and hard work. Excellent in every way!

Excellent service. Everything was well explained and easy to understand so I knew exactly what I was paying for. I have lived in my house for 5 years and did not realize how dirty my AC unit was until I saw it get cleaned. After the repairs and cleaning, my unit looked a lot cleaner and runs a lot better. I expect to get many more years out of my AC unit and will use them for my next routine maintenance.

My husband and I were having quite a few issues with our AC over the last year and two different companies came out insisted that we needed to replace our unit. We saw a commercial for America's Best Heating and Cooling and figured we would give them a try. The tech that came out was very friendly and professional. He took his time in explaining and showing what type of problems we were encountering and why. He did explain that we would probably need replacement in the next 12 to 24 months, but told us that repairs could be done that would not require immediate replacement. This was greatly appreciated as we were not in a position yet to do so. I will not only recommend them to all of our friends, but will definitely call them when it is time for replacement.
