You guys did an amazing job on our AC unit, and we are forever great full. The most professional business I have dealt with. Everyone should run their business the way you do. You went above and beyond any expectations I had, and I couldn't be happier!! Thank you!

First thing I can say is that Mr. Revelo believes in customer service. He greatly demonstrated by not only listening to what my issue was regarding my air conditioner, but ensured that it would be looked at and that if the work couldn't be done that day, to at least have cool air last night in my home.



Then there is Mark, one of the HVAC technicians that work for him. He arrived at 8pm, inspected and then charged my unit as a temporary fix until work could be done the following day.

So instead of a 81 degree muggy home, I had at a more comfortable setting that night until the next day.



Then today, Mark investigated and showed me the issue described by the other "repair company" versus what he found to be the issue. He thoroughly explained, let me participate through asking question and ensured I understood his answers of what and why the work he was doing was being done.



When it was all said and done, I ended up saving $2100.00 ( I swear on a stack of bibles) and more suprising, was given a pro-rated guarantee of their work well beyond the normal 30-90 days.



Finally, I am not going to bash the other company who quoted an extreme price, misdiagnosed and ended charging me for misc BS in order to cancel my work order.

BUT... Look at all your options, if you need HVAC work. Check YP, Angie's List, BBB etc., and decide who you want to do the work for you. However, give Mr. Revelo a call and see what he can do for you. I hope that doing business with him, his company Cool Breeze Heating and Air and Mark, will make as happy as I was today.

There needs to be more Pedro's out there, he runs a tight ship. He loves what he does and knows how to fix them too!!!! He was very professional when he showed up at my house to fix my A/C, went thru the system and found my problem. I even signed up for his yearly maintenance plan, thanks Pedro!!!!

This company is exceptional!!! They cam out to assess out HVAC needs. They made recommendations that were suited to our needs perfectly. Pedro carefully and patiently explained what all of our options were. Installation was done with the most professional technicians you could have requested.
