Sewing Mountain Honey Stitchery carries a unique selection of supplies for sewing, quilting and crafts. Top quality fabrics for quilting are offered by Moda, Alexander Henry, Quilting Treasures, Blank Quilting, and others. We have many modern prints, children's prints, batiks, reproduction prints, and Asian inspired prints to choose from. Fat quarters (18"×22") are just $2.50 each and can be cut from any standard quilting fabric. Our crafting fabrics include but are not limited to flannels, wool felts, recycled plastic felts, fleece, and Minky. Be sure to check out the large collection of books for every skill level from beginning to advanced. Many different patterns are available for quilts, craft projects, and vintage clothing. DMC floss and embroidery supplies are now available so that you can add a special touch to your next project. Last but certainly not least is the very diverse assortment of notions. Appliqués to zippers we have it all including, thread, buttons, snaps, pins, needles, scissors, marking tools, measuring tools, cutting tools, wonder-under, glue, thimbles, even steam-a-seam and iron on patches for those of you who don't sew. Alterations & Repairs Mountain Honey Stitchery is pleased to offer alteration and repair services on a variety of clothing. We can hem almost anything from rugged ski pants to elegant wedding dresses and just about everything in between. Get the proper fit from your best clothes by having them let out or taken in. Zipper problems? Most zippers can be fixed or replaced on snowboard jackets, jeans, and much more. Save your favorite piece of clothing instead of throwing it away by having it patched. Waterproof patches for outdoor clothing and denim patches for jeans are no problem. Oh yes, we can sew buttons back on too. No need for an appointment. Just stop by anytime during business hours. The current wait time for general alterations and repairs is about a week. Please make sure your garments are clean before you drop them off. Tuxedos Tuxedo rentals are provided by Jim's Formal Wear and by Selix. Rates start at just $70. Whether you are attending a prom, wedding, or special event we have you covered.
