Men's Wearhouse

When they sell a tux they promise lifetime alterations. Fat chance! They have a million excuses but just won’t do them. Next they told me they never carried Joseph Feiss. They took me to some plasticized trousers I thought sucked but cost about $60 more than J&Ps. I bought my last pair there about 2.5 yrs ago. They claimed I hadn’t Been there in 5 yrs as my records were gone. I have a closet full of their stuff but I’ll never go there again. Fat lazy know nothing employee with an arrogant Indian boss🙀

WORST PLACE EVER EVER!!!!!!!!!!...do not waste your time to come here, both stores are horrible and have the worst customer service ever. They do not know what they are doing. I had got two tuxedos for my wedding ,and when i took it out to wear it was ripped the other one had a big hole in the shirt, I went back to talk to them the next day after they ruined my wedding and i had nothing to wear, The girl i talked to was very polite and told me they will change it out for something else cuz the ripped suit is the fault of their machine and happens all the time , so when i go back with the suit other employees said they cant do anything and said how is it their fault and blamed me that i ripped the suit. now i m stuck with 2 ripped suits that i cant even wear and paid $500 each. The manager was rude about it as well, maybe the company needs to go back and train employees and make sure everyone is following company rules instead saying different things and wasting our time. Even one star is to much for their service, but i cant leave less then one.

If you enjoy good, experienced customer service I suggest staying away from the "Men's Warehouse" on SmithRidge dr. Reno Nv. Yet I do highly recommend the "Men's Warehouse" in Meadowood mall Reno, NV. Two thumbs up and five stars.
