Value City Furniture

I purchased a American Signature Furniture bunk bed in St. Louis, MO seven years ago and disassembled it when our grandkids were too old to use it. The bunk bed (SKU 1650947) was sturdy, a great design at an affordable price. I now want to assemble it for another set of grandkids, but have lost the assembly instructions. Keith, the manager of the Toledo Ohio Value City Store was able to find the assembly instructions and is sending it to me. Excellent service from someone who gave extra effort to help. Bravo.

I would rather buy a cheep mattress from big lots.spend not even half the money on it and throw it away than spend 1100 on it just to do the same.they say there's a 15 year warranty on it if no stains and is 23/4 or more sunk in .well we called has serve guy come out no stains..but not sunk in enough .he said the mattress company will call us but that their more or less not going to take it back..mite I add before the service guy they told me on the phone it had to be sunk in 11/2 inch mine is at 2 inch and it is 4 yrs .needless to say we sleep on the couch .

Nice furniture at good prices. All types in room settings. Personnel helpful.
