RIP OFF. Be smart and shop elsewhere. I can't believe my husband bought his parents a mattress set from these thieves. (Parents are in their 90s and can't spend hours shopping around.) This store charged almost $700 for a Simmons full size bed. There was an extra charge for the box spring and delivery took two weeks. Several months later, the mattress had sagged across the entire middle, causing back pain. The store gave a $500 CREDIT for a $700 piece of garbage that lasted less than a year, then charged another $80 for removal, making the total $780. The store no longer carries Simmons and a comparable mattress is now $800. The saleswoman reduced the price slightly, making the entire purchase almost $1000. For a full size bed. I get angry every time I think about it. How can they not simply exchange bad merchandise? A reputable merchant would apologize and offer an exchange, not keep increasing the price once they have a captive audience. Shop elsewhere!
