The sales people here are extremely rude! When I had ordered my matress it was after the other matress had broken down. The owner told me to pick out a matress of my choice and they would give me credit towards the new one. Well $1700 later they showed up to drop off the matess. The setup guys would not take the old matress. They said it was too soiled and told me I could just pay the full price for the new bed. I called the store and they told me that Simmons would not take the matress back and that I need to pay the full price before they will bring it in. So I paid another $300 and they brought the matress inside. They would not take the old matress and so now I'm stuck with a matress that is only 5 years old and a $2000 bill for a brand new matress. Don't bother shopping here they don't keep their word.
