Silver Needle Alterations

I have had a positive experience with this company, reasonable prices for very nice alterations on six pair of pants. Lost my ticket but we found the pants without a hassle.

Silver Needle side of the story. This couple Jill R. and Johnny A. came in demanding reimbursement for used jeans or jeans bought second hand. We hemmed these pants to the correct placement of where we pinned at the time she tried them on, they were actually on the floor with her boots on. We are well known for our customer service and we tried to find a peaceful resolution. But they tried to intimidate us by reporting us to the BBB and bashing us to all their friends and coworker. We had customers inside our store and they were disrupting business and they didn't seem to be satisfied with anything less than payment. When they left our store the young lady screamed "go back to Vietnam". There were some customers outside the store and they were obviously persuading them not to do business with us, that's when we went out and told them that we weren't afraid of them and to reassure our customers that business hasn't been suspended. They have taken to the Internet to smear our name. We are family owned business that provides a valuable service to the community, we take pride in what we do and we respect our customers.

So, I had 7 pair of jeans hemmed and 1 pair that need 2 buttons replaced. Needless to say they all were too short and not what I ask for. All of these jeans were brand new and never been worn, over 300.00 for all jeans and a 100.00 for their sorry service. They refuse to do anything to fix them, pay for the jeans they messed up or give me my money back that I paid them. Then got to yelling and came out in the parking lot to continue to acting a fool!
