Since 1973, we've been making good on that pledge here in Tampa, for comfortable senior retirement living with financial security. Today it's more relevant than ever. People who have worked hard to build a secure retirement wonder if that's even possible in this economic climate. The answer at John Knox is a resounding Yes. We're a faith-based, not-for-profit community: a ministry of the Franciscan Sisters of Allegany, with a belief in the concept of holistic health care. We're an ecumenical community, welcoming all races, religions and creeds. We are owned by St. Joseph's and are part of the BayCare Health System, a joint operating agreement established in 1997 by nine private, not-for-profit hospitals with similar missions, visions and values in Pinellas, Hillsborough and Pasco counties.
