Golf Villas

I am currently renting with this company and im telling you DO NOT I repeat DO NOT rent from them. this is the worse place I have ever rented from. The management I horrible the maintence is horrible..they are never on time and can careless about what you are going through all they care about is money.. The staff has horrible customer service skills especially for Julie Smalls the property manger. She is very rude and she never knows what is going on. I have lived there for 2 months and it has been been the worse. I have a leak coming from the bathroom whenever I shower goes through the wall to the closet in the bedroom also to the kitchen I mean puddles of water..I constantly have to wipe the floor or before me or my daughter showers I have to guard the area with clothing to stop the water from over flowing everywhere. they promise new carpet prior to moving in which I did not get.. I told them I would not pay until problem has been resolve and today makes a month and nothing yet..
